The decor was trendy (in a good way) and it was nice to have a kitchenette with a refrigerator. The shower was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

I wasn't aware there were two flights of stairs to get to our room. We're in our 70's and had to schelp our suitcases up quite a few stairs. The room was quiet considering there was live music playing in the pub below the hotel. It was in a great location---we had lots of restaurant options. I wish the parking had been closer. It was only an 8 minute walk and was free but metered street parking was quite expensive and we would have had to continually go out and re-feed the meter. We couldn't get a phone signal so we didn't receive the instructions to go into the bar to get the door code until after we checked in. It would not have been fun if we had arrived when the bar was closed. Luckily, the bar was open and they gave us the information we needed.

Clare and Meryeme were amazing! So helpful every morning with sights and making plans for the day. From remembering how we liked our coffee each day to being available to do laundry after long stretch of travel. We stayed in the Chambre Duplex, which far exceeded our expectations - so spacious, clean, and comfortable for many nights stay (bed is up a flight of carriage stairs, fyi).

Its hard to say what we didn't like, as all the good things really were amazing. But, the Bed was pretty hard and the pillows even harder.

Tremendous location right in the very heart of St Remy. HUGE room with sofa, kitchenette etc. two chandeliers to boot! Elsa was the best of hostesses bringing a large tasty breakfast into our room each morning. Even had an outside sitting area so totally relaxing. Simple entry with robust instructions. Free car parking three minutes away. It could not have been better

The towels were overdue replacement, similarly the bedding needed refreshing. It is over the Irish bar but this is not an issue at all with no noise keeping one awake. A microwave would augment the kitchen functionality

Entering the building and climbing the narrow stairs was a bit unexpected, however the door to the Prestige Room at the head of the stairs was like entering a grand salon in Versailles. It was asolutely lovely and somewhat unexpected even though we had seen photos on line, definitely fit for a queen or in our case kings. The bed was huge and very comfy, lots of fluffy pillows and nice linen. The room was immaculate. I was a bit worried about the instructions with the door code and lock key, it was simple. The flat is just a few steps to the center of the old town. I had tortured Elsa with a bit too many questions online. She was gracious and answered all my questions. We didn't meet her until the following morning at breakfast, she was lovely. I had asked for an early check in because we were heading to a Thanksgiving lunch @ Bistro de Saint Remy a few minutes walk from the flat, a lovely resturant and phenomenal meal. Parking is free in a nearby lot a few minutes from the flat. Google maps guided us around in circles. We found a local who pointed us in the right direction. Definitely a good value especially given the location. We would definitely return.

Location location location. Just adjacent to old town of St Remy. lots of restaurants, shops , bistros around . Great communication in English on checking in and free parking option nearby , seamless. Quirky features in room with plenty of plugs , tea coffee facilities, and large fridge. The shower was amazing. The housekeeper was extremely attentive and breakfast was lovely with loads of coffee.

Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues with lots of stairs and mezzanine height could be a major problem for some.

Charming, well situated right across the street from our favorite Restaurant, and steps from the “old Village” of. st Remy…Our Hostess was most Helpful regarding communicating well all info needed once we’d arrived at the property, as far as getting inside and situated. The following morning she took care that our breakfast included what we preferred. She is a Delightful Woman, whose concern with each detail of her guest’s stay made this a place we will plan to return to!!!

Clara who took care of the apartment is super freindly. She made us coffee and a little breakfast for us. The room was nice with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed. And with the aircon in summer in france is perfect. The shower is good. Coffee machine is the plus. Only downside is the many flights of stairs. Because we have many luggages. But in all the room is comfortable.

Stayed in “sup. double” which was the “chambe charme”, which was not over the pub, but rather the interior. The toilet room was separate from the sink & shower room. All modern & clean! The ac/heater unit was individually controlled but we opened our windows which was perfect early dec & super quiet.there are only 3 floors: ground is the pub & room entrance. 1st: 2 rooms & the breakfast room. 2nd floor=3rooms(incl our room, the cheapest)which also included a sink, plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, frig with freezer(no ice cube trays), hot coffee maker & nespresso maker with tons of coffee supplies. The included breakfast from 8-10 included coffee, OJ, croissants, bread with butter, jelly, honey, Nutella, & yogurt. We spent 2 nights & was able to get in before the 4p checkin time! Elsa sent us the door code & room key in advance & we were able to enter when we arrived into st remy ~2:30. There is free parking in parking lot Liberation~3 blocks away. In Dec the pub opened at 4p & was very quiet & served food until 9p. Fish & chips or burgers~8€

If I had to pick:the breakfast room with the tables & chairs is only open 8-10. So no other space other than your room. The outdoor pub tables are open but maybe cold in winter

Everything! Elsa was the perfect hostess. Gave us excellent service and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Perfectly located to several other areas and villages that were on our list to visit.

Not a huge deal breaker but AC was not on or working. It wasn’t that warm but we needed to open windows to get fresh air. A few flying insects entered as there was no screen.

Lovely spot, comfortable room, hooks in the bathroom!!!!! which is something hotels never put in and it was so nice to have a place to hang things, even for one night. Parking in the nearby free car park was straightforward, with some helpful directions and not too far. The manager Clara is very helpful and friendly and communication was excellent. We would go back.
