The staff was awesome. Gave me helpful hints on sites. I decided to stay an extra night, but that required moving to a different room. Instead of having to hang around until the room was ready, the manager held my luggage and items and placed them in the room when it was ready. I was glad they had hard-boiled eggs and fresh fruit besides the usual continental items. Fabulous location, very close to the London Bridge. I felt safe.

It's a Super 8 so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. Convenient to the freeway, lots of parking. Microwave and fridge in room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the coffee/tea station in the lobby, which was available even though I checked in really late. They had laundry facilities too, though I didn't use them. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy location to find. Breakfast was super nice, back on the road after a hot shower and decent nights sleep. Ashley made our morning with great conversation over pancakes.

Parking is next to the freeway with no wall to divide speeding cars. We chose to Park as far away from the freeway as possible. The freeway is a bit loud if you have a room on that side of the building. Night manager was not super friendly, very short and to the point.

We've stayed here several times. However, on this trip, due to no carpeting to help buffer sounds, it was a bit noisier this time. The shower had good hot water pressure, but the head is set fairly low. Breakfast was ok but limited to pancakes, cereal, and toast. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Overall, we will still stay here again.

No carpet! Night shade on window. Fridge was already cold.

Front desk refused to give me directions by phone and hung up on me. Tub is plumbed backwards. Hot water exceeds 120 degrees,easily 140 degrees. Dangerous. No elevator. Poor water pressure. Ac/heater Controls missing. Emergency light in bathroom is broken. Light switch on wall is not connected to any light. Holes in bathroom wall.

The location was convenient, but also away from the hubbub of the fwy interchange. Staff exceptionally friendly. Pancakes at breakfast were delicious.

The accessible room was not as comfortable as a regular room. Would have liked a little more variety (e.g., fruit or adult cereals) for bkfst, but I loved the pancakes.

We were traveling with our pets and they gave us a room close to an exit so our nervous dog wouldn’t disturb anyone . Room was clean . Beds are comfortable staff is very accommodating property is close to route 10. No shady people in parking lot at night

I liked that the room had personality when it came to the paint and the tile flooring. It wasn’t just plain white like a lot of hotels are. It was very clean and welcoming

The shower didn’t work as it should.. the “cold” water was actually very hot and I needed to turn it all the way over into the “hot” for it to be warm enough to tolerate.

The staff was friendly and the room/hotel very clean. Being near the town was nice.

The price seemed high for a Super 8. The location was near a very noisy road, I tried to drown out the noise by turning on the fan on my air-conditioning unit but it rattled... Lighting was poor.

The place and the room was clean. Great location.

At check in the guy was a little rude. Made a face when the room was for 2 women. The bed was too low. And even though this last thing is out of their hands, the water was too hot! Even on cold settings it was hot. The coffee that was offered for breakfast was cold.
