Conveniently located to food options and I-10 without a bunch of road noise. The property has a great feel due to the many mature trees and tile roof. The staff was helpful in every interaction.

The hot tub was drained and the pool is not heated so I did not use the pool but I would have enjoyed the opportunity to take a swim. The cable television did not initially work in my room but within 2 hours maintenance (on a Sunday morning) was at the room and it was working. Great response to any issues the property is made aware of. The noise from adjacent rooms could be heard easily at time (I could hear a guy snoring) but people were considerate after 9 pm and I still got a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was terrible. I notified the receptionist there were no eggs and no bread for toast but she was too busy on her cell phone. Also when I checked in the clerk said there was a problem with the machine to issue cards so I had NO WAY TO OPEN AND CLOSE MY HOTEL ROOM! Anything I left my hotel room the clerk had to open the room door for me. UNACCEPTALBE

They got a swimmingpool and it was nicely tempered. The surroundings and water did not appear as the staff cleaned it on a regular daily basis. Nice big rooms and the were clean :)

The breakfast, was not as described, bagged eggmuffins of poor quality. The blueberry muffins was even more chemical produced. Coffe was not freshly brewed until we asked for coffee. The staff did not seem ready for the task and the they did appear as they were properly trained by the owner.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff worked hard to make things right.

First day had almost no breakfast items but they worked very hard to improve it quickly.

Liked facilities. Friendly office. Great value.

It was not hotels fault, but road work outside hotel made getting to hotel and out was very difficult. But I would still stay there again

We enjoyed the stay here, everything is close by. Loved that we were able to Bar-B-Q there and stay in the pool for as long as we wanted. Everyone had a good time and other family's that also stayed there didn't complain to me because I was the one who chose to stay there.

The rooms need an update. Carpets need to be cleaner. One of the beds sheets had stains. I asked for queen size beds, beds looked like they were fulls for both of my rooms.
