Lovely clean hotel with very obliging staff. Great buffet breakfast eaten outside and excellent evening restaurant menu. Good location for a relaxing holiday, free bus stop outside hotel to take you to surrounding area.

Had been allocated a ground floor room overlooking the garden area with the path going past the room. We would have appreciated privacy glass on the French doors as everyone going past could see in so curtains were closed most of the time. Also wash basin was in the room not the bathroom which without privacy glass was not ideal.

The hotel is quiet and located near the lake, a short walk to the park next to the water to swim. Easy bus ride into Konstanz, very regular and free! The breakfast and evening meals were very good, tasty and good value. The room was not huge but had everything you need and a very comfortable bed and a small sunny terrace.

The house keeping service was a bit erratic but overall fine.

It’s on a perfect spot, close to the centre. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. You even get a bus ticket on a reception. Every 30 minutes the bus leave. Very peaceful so you can get a great sleep. Amazing breakfast with epic view. Very friendly stuff. Sauna and fitness available.

Nothing to complain about

We stayed for a night in the hotel. The room was clean and cozy with a garden view. We enjoyed sauna on the roof. After check in we got bus tickets that allowed us to go to Konstanz free of charge. It was a nice bonus. We would love to come back again.

Delicious breakfast and nice dinner options. Sauna area is amazing! Rooms were clean and modern. Bus access to downtown Constanz was so easy. Friendly helpful staff. Great value for money.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent, location for us was perfect Nice and quiet. Staff was very nice. 

Would’ve liked a fan in the room since there wasn’t any air conditioning. The curtains that were supposed to be light blocking could be better. 

Very nice area for walk, cycle and enjoy the nature. Hotel is not a luxury, but there is everything you need.

Wonderful breakfast spread with very helpful, good-natured and attentive serving staff quick to replenish items as necessary. Room was modern with just a few things needing a little attention, such as rough corners of floor skirting. Lovely view and so conveniently located for pleasantly walking to nearby garden and palace island of Mainau. Restaurant offered excellent evening meals and waiters were first class - with a dry sense of humour. We felt right at ease - with other guests largely of our own age. A great place to stay for a few leisurely days.

A lady caled Samira at the breakfast room was very nice and helpful by giving information about the local areas to discover.

Would be great to have a small fridge and a kettle, tea, coffee in the room.

Renovated room, early check-in possible, and very friendly staff at the reception. Space for the bikes in the garage.
