The General Manager ALEXANDER WISSLER most often present at breakfast, where he asks if the guests have any concerns, which - if there are any - he tries to fix right away. I had breakfast included in my price and it had a great variation of cold and warm items. There are 2 fancy coffee machines and they have a great variety of teas - loose and in bags. The property is directly by the busstop of Bus 6. if you take the Bus on the side of the hotel =it get you to a big Supermarket called Kaufland. If you take the busstop on the other side, it will take you directly downtown - the trainstation and the harbor - for example,

Room and bathroom were super clean and hotel offered everything one might need. Beds comfortable enough. Breakfast was good, large variety. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Supermarkets nearby.

I just found the room too cold (not able to turn air conditioning off) when Windows were closed. It was clear that some of the staff was not experienced and at some moments there was a bit of a lack of organization (they could not find our breakfast booking, kept knocking in our door to clean the room on checkout day and so on). But these are all minor comments, I would still recommend the hotel as most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

New, modern, and well-designed hotel. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable rooms. Excellent bed and pillow. Impeccable bathroom with underfloor heating. Good amenities: plenty of sockets, lighting, smart TV, efficient A/C. Friendly staff, housekeeping issues solved quickly. Breakfast included, good value for money. Bus stop right in front of the hotel (20 min to the train station).

Location far from the city center. Some rooms face a busy street or a construction site. No closed storage and too few hangers.Internet access/Chromecast system unnecessarily complicated. Reception forgot to mention the free public transport voucher. Too few seats at breakfast, food variety and quality only average

It is a clean place, big rooms (at least ours was). Our 11-year old enjoyed the photo box and the fussball table. Breakfast is diverse, plenty, delicious - but you have to pay extra. Good thing is that kids under 12 eat for free. The hotel is situated in an industrial area of Konstanz which can make it uninteresting for some people (no places to eat dinner nearby, or a backery. Neighborhood completely lacks landscaping services (grass everywhere). But ... I think this will change within the next 3-5 years. All in all, it was good. We place the greatest value on cleanliness and space. Public transport tix included as they charge the VAT tax. But we liked this approach, as we hopped on and off during our 2 full day stay. There is an Aldi/Lidl nearby that closes at 8pm.

No parking offered (you can park across the street in a covered building for €16/day and no guarantee that your car is safe. Also, instructions are complicated, and I'm a German speaker!). Also, front desk is understaffed which makes the receptionists grumpy and overworked.

Modern, clean and comfortable room with good shower, air con and comfortable beds. Quiet despite being full and on a main road. Parking, paid as extra, is conveniently next to the hotel and you can come and go as you please with plenty of spaces. The hotel offers a free bus pass into town for the duration of your stay with buses every 15mins and the bus stop right outside. You can also walk into town in about 40mins. Handy petrol station 10mins walk away for a cheaper breakfast or snacks. Wifi is good which is important because network coverage around the whole of Lake Constance is very poor!

No tea/coffee making facilities which is a shame. Staff were a little clueless in the bar. The hotel is convenient for main access roads and Insel Mainau access but is not in town though they make it easy for this not to be a problem.

The hotel is pretty new. Everything feels new and modern. The room design is very elegant and the paintings on the wall as well as carpet is interesting and suits the vibe of the hotel. The bathroom was big and water pressure of the shower was great. The location was a big further from the city but the bus station was right by the hotel. The breakfast options were wonderful and the personnel during breakfast were so nice and friendly. They always had a smile on their face while greeting.

If one books a double bed room i would expect to get at least a bed where a couple can sleep together. Our room had two single beds joined with a crease in the middle which was super uncomfortable. The hotel seems to be really short staffed as well. I was the same staff working at the bar and the reception area too. I don’t know why but I always saw people in line during checking in and checking out as well. I don’t think it’s normal to take that long to check in or out. I could see the stress and fatigue in the face of staffs. This is not their fault at all. A hotel with 190 rooms should be able to fill minimum of one staff on each areas like bar and reception.

A very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, have AC (even though you can't set up desired temperature, only the 'pace of temperature decreasing' or something like that), super soft and comfortable bed. Bathroom is very spacious and clean, everything is new and of a very good quality. We had a first floor room with a view of the street — view is not fascinating, but the soundproof is, since it was super quiet at night. Breakfast was pretty standard, worth its money.

- AC tuning could be done better (like setting up desired temperature). But still not a big issue, was cooling good still.

I have travelled around 10 different countries and booked around 30 different hotels during this year but the Niu Flower in Konstanz is definetly the best among all, amazing hotel in every detail. Faboulous design, perfect combination of style, I enjoyed everything in the hotel, the beds were really comfortable, hot and cold shower 24/7, perfect location - the bus stop is immediately at the hotel entrance, lobby was very comfortable, enjoyed playing table football and also there is a photography machine where you can take photos as memories.

Everything is perfect, you can't dislike anything in this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean room. Public transportation is also easy. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I liked the interior quite a lot. It somehow is a place for both youth and families. I would always recommend this hotel.

I have a massive mite and dust allergy. Something in the room triggered my allergy quite a lot. So, in the case of an allergy like mine, be prepared. Other than that, everything was great!

Great hotel, looks newly renovated. Beautiful and spacious rooms, renovated with taste. Spacious bathroom, the place was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and welcoming and very helpful. Hotel is located 10 mins by bus to the city centre. Bus stop is located just outside of the hotel, buses are very frequent, on time and free of charge (hotel issues passes). Plenty of free parking on adjacent street. Otherwise there is a payable underground car park outside of the hotel.
