There is no breakfast provided but plenty of cafes within a few minutes walk. Lovely old building that has been nicely refurbished. Although there are share bathrooms and toilets we didn't ever have to wait to use one. And they have modern fittings. A good place to base yourself to explore Konstanz old town.

We were on the top floor so three flights of narrow stairs to climb. Ok for us but others may struggle with luggage or if they are physically handicapped. There is presently a construction site next door so there was a bit of noise from that in the morning. There's a bar on the ground floor with outdoor seating so it was a bit noisy in the evening but quietened down after 11pm. I suppose that could be seen as a positive if you like to have a nightcap before going to bed!

I thought the location was great. And I liked that I had my own sink in the room it made getting ready in the morning so much easier when you have to share a toilet and shower. I liked that you guys provided slippers and a robe.

Not having ac in the room. But the fan was helpful more then I thought it would be. I’ll admit the limited reception desk hours was annoying at times if I had a question I felt rushed to get back at the end of the day to catch them

Perfect location in the historic pedestrian quarter and a short stroll to the nicely developed lakeside. There is a very convenient public parking garage 2 minutes away by foot, although it is not the cheapest. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel entrance is excellent and authentic.

No elevator so don’t pack heavily especially if your room is on the third floor. Bathrooms were small but nicely appointed.

Great location - middle of Konstanz, near the station, lake, and the Münster. Room was lovely and spacious, decorated really nicely too. I had a great view of the street. Both of the women working on reception were so lovely, really welcoming and prepared to help in any way you needed! Some mini shower gel/shampoos in the shower too which was lovely. My bed was incredibly comfortable. You also receive a card so you can take the public transport all around, which is great for anyone without a Deutschlandticket.

The location, the staff and it was very clean.

Nothing. Just be aware that some of the rooms have a shared bathroom which was the case with us, but we knew that when we booked it. This was not an issue at all as the bathroom and showers were very clean. Also, the room that we had on the top floor had a very low ceiling Which might bother some people.

Quaint little hotel in the heart of the old town. We had a small twin room with a window opening out over the cobblestone laneway. Friendly staff who were very helpful - offered to assist with suitcases down the stairs. Free refreshments and fruit bowl at reception was very welcoming. Shared bathroom was clean and tidy. Hotel provided bath robe and slippers. Short walk to nice restaurants across the river. All within walking distance of train station.

No elevator for suitcases. One flight of stairs to manage, but not too bad.

Lovely presented room, with space and a sinks. Close to the centre and the station so was perfect for exploring. Staff were very helpful.

Toilet and shower were the storey above us. We never had to wait to but it was inconvenient in the night. With an en-suite the room would be perfect!

The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. I appreciated the local recommendations and tips that made my trip better.

Very good location. The train station and ship traffic are only a few hundred meters away. The room was very small, but cozy. Very well placed on a tiny surface. Despite being in the city center, it was quite quiet. The windows opened onto the courtyard. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Problems with fixing the shower head in such a position that you can wash your head. It felt like it needed a little tweaking. The fan did not work. Luckily the weather was cooler and I didn't need it.

The hotel location was fantastic! The building has a lot of character and had a lovely romantic Christmassy feel. 5 minute walk to the Christmas Market and about 10mins to the train station. The hotel owner was so lovely and she even gave us a bottle of bubbly when we told her we had gotten engaged. The room was cosy, warm and comfortable.

The room was a little small but it suited our needs.
