The hotel is located in a great location in the old town of Konstanz. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station and ferries that service the lake. Fantastic location to walk to the lake, restaurants and around the old buildings and a great view from the room. Great receptionist who was super helpful. Rooms are modern and tidy. Breakfast is really good with a lovely bright dining area.

The rooms are tidy and modern but a little small for two adults, two teens. However, it would be very spacious for two and our room did have two bathrooms and a great view with windows you can actually open! The sofa bed was not made up when we arrived but the lovely receptionist helped sort out blankets, sheets, etc and helped us make the bed. Note that you need to go past the desk at the bottom and up to the second level to check-in which is a little unusual.

Everything. Liked it all. The check in staff were very nice and helpful. The room nice, overlooking the street. Shower could be larger. The breakfast was very good! The only thing that could have been better, and it's partially my fault for not asking more questions, but the parking situation was not familiar to us. We found the parking garage ok, and found a parking spot ok, but couldn't figure out how to get out past the gate arm (signage not in English) Lucky for us, an American speaking local was behind me and was very nice to help. I let him by, and he walked back inside to get my ticket "and took it to the validation machine, he paid my 25 Euros, and brought me back the ticket to get out. He even said that if I didn't have the cash to pay him, that was ok. I did have the cash, and did pay him. So please have your front desk people explain to guests that drive a car to town, that if they need to use the parking garage, explain the process to get out of the garage, if they are new to that type of thing. It was all GOOD

Location was perfect; easy to walk around the town. Great restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to have a room with a small balcony that looked out over a cobbled stone street (walking only street so no cars to be heard from the room). From the outside it looked like only a few rooms had balconies. The breakfast was good with lots of choices to suit people from different countries.

The only downfall being a typical small German town is that there is no parking at the hotel and car parking is expensive in the town. Although we did find a car park that was free between 8pm and 9am each day, which was just under a five minute walk to the hotel.

Great location, just at the brink of pedestrian zone. Nice, clean and comfortable room at the top of hotel. Nice and unobtrusive staff. Very rich bteakfast.

One would expect some directions how to deal with a baggage as the hotel has no own parking lot. When you appear at the doors, you really dont know how to check-in. It is suggested you do it electronically. When you're sweating around two 'machines' you're lucky enough the automatic door slides and open for you😀. The rest is 'human'.

Room was very spacious with balcony; bathroom was modern with walk-in shower; bed was comfy; and breakfast had sufficient variety. location in centre of Constance was great for cafes and supermarket

Access to hotel from footpath was via stairs making it difficult with heavy bags; breakfast area a little small and subject to some crowding

Location is excellent! You have everything nearby. The hotel is easy to find and looks modern. Breakfast is a must, they have Lavazza coffee and so many things to choose from. Staff is amazing and accommodating. They gave us free transport tickets for the duration of our stay which I think was a nice touch to feel extra welcome :)

Our room did not have a normal queen size bed but they put 2 single beds together so the matresses moved a lot during the night, which was uncomfortable, but for 1 night only we did not mind... They could also get some more firm pillows since the ones we had were super soft and flat.

Breakfast was standard stuff, but of high quality, staff were very approachable, in a generally convenient area, room was at a good temperature despite lack of air conditioning. Really good value

Only one pillow provided, room also seemed a bit dark as it overlooked a courtyard but this wasn't a problem

The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the train station and shopping centre. It was surrounded by good shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely dining room with conservatory and also outdoor eating area. The bedroom was spacious and airy. We felt that this hotel provided good value for money and hope to return.

They had a nice breakfast room with a good variety of food. The room was small, but adequate. The location was good, close to transportation. No parking, had to be in a public garage at Euro 24/day. I had left some clothes in the wardrobe; they sent an e-mail, and I was able to pick up my belongings the following day.

Location is astonishing, easy to get everywhere in the town. Nice room, clean and tidy as it should be. There was a bit loud street outside with a shopping centre but it is a compromise for an amazing location.

The reception administrator was unfriendly and a bit haughty, which was quite surprising for the hotel. There is a lift inside but the accessibility for people with disabilities is very poor (only stairs at the entrance).
