The location of the hotel is good. It's just by the rail station and the lake. From the window,we can see the station and the trains. The room is quiet. By driving, it's not easy to find the hotel because its sign is small. You should look for the big sign of McDonald's. The hotel is just by the small alley to a big garage. I drove the car to the garage and didn't see the hotel. When we took the suitcases out of the garage. Oh, the hotel is just in front of us. The girl at the reception desk told me how to drive to the cheaper parking plaza. Breakfast is okay, bread, butter, jam, ham, coffee, fruit...... Walking to the lake and the landmark only take 5 minutes, crossing the street.

Cheaper parking place is a little far away, say, 15 minutes' walk. We walk to take the car and come back to the hotel for taking luggage. Of course you can pay more to park the car just beside the hotel.

Location excellent opposite main railway station. And old town. Close to supermarkets Warm welcoming staff Spacious single room. Clean. Comfortable bed pillow and bed linens. Lovely outlook over to roof garden. Windows opened wide for ventilation. Good sound isolation to exterior. And good neighbours quiet internally.

Strong perfume sprayed in room. Really unpleasant. Staff were lovely and understood. However these aerosol perfumes are recognised now to contain substances that are harmful to humans even those that like the smell. A clean room does not need to be and should not be sprayed. Most hotels do not use these sprays any longer.

The guesthouse was just in the centre of the city. We are a family of 5 and we've had to book a family room..The staff were kind enough to add an extra bed for our little girl...with no charge. The breakfast was very nice with a nice variety of food for every taste or allergy. There is a parking hall just attached to the hotel for 24 € or you can park far away and pay 13€ a week. We did choose the second option(no need for a car anyway) You can walk and go to visit the "Sea Life". We loved 😍 Kostanz, plenty place to visit or just to walk around and enjoy the beautiful city. The staff were very kind and very helpful with all the information we needed. We are definitely coming back again.

Honestly nothing.....perhaps I would add some croissants for breakfast.

The location is excellent as its close to city center and tourists areas. The parking garage was right outside the side door, very convienient. The breakfast was very european with breads, meats and cheese's along with other small items. I found it very appropriate. If you are looking for a large eggs to order or somthing like that, you will be dissappointed. The staff was very friendly and took care of our needs. Overall a nice stay and worth the money spent. I would stay here again if I were going to Konstanz.

Breakfast could have been better, but not bad. Everything else was quite nice and appropriate.

Very good location: close to Railway Station, old town, shops and restaurants

There were no shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. We also had to ask for a hairdryer, but this is maybe because of room being renovated recently and therefore it has not been provided. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful, we have got the hairdryer very quickly

We booked a room for 1 night, and being in a very good and easy-accessible location was vital for us. So, we enjoyed our short stay. It had an elevator, and we could easily take our luggage to the room. The staff was very helpful with the check-in process, as well as providing us with a day ticket for transportation in Konstanz. Also, they were very helpful with keeping our luggage after check-out. We really liked our short stay at this hotel.

A bit noisy, as the window opens right to the train station, but it didn't bother us, as we are OK with the noise. But for those who would prefer to have a longer stay in a quite area, this hotel could not be the best match.

Location right at the main station is good if you want to explore the city and main sights by foot. They do also give you a free bus ticket so you can really be mobile. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, they even offered soy and other types of milk, veggie options like fresh-cut vegetables and veggie spread. We liked that there were different pillow types to choose from.

One shutter in our room didn't work (the strap was wrapped around our radiator's thermostat, which was wet for some reason?). That would have helped block out more noise from the street (they do give you ear plugs though). The bathroom/shower was very small. We didn't like the coffee.

Breakfast is good. Rooms are comfortable and large. Bathroom is the largest one I have seen at a hotel so far. The staff is polite and helpful. Young lady Ms. Natasha has done her best to arrange our rooms. Location is great.

Reception area might be more comfortable. The hotel needs a lobby area. Enterance is not at the main street.

It was clean

Sometime la tou could hear the other people on top floor walking or around nighbros talkin. For the breakfast hotel should add some more articles.

The location is best! It's in the old centre with everything one needs close by. The lake is close by too. Location is 10 out of 10. I was not expecting, but when I arrived I got tickets for 2 days to travel by buses and trains in the area for free. And another surprise I got an update to my room. One more surprise I found a fully equipped kitchen in wardrobes.
