The room was big and spacious, as well as the bathroom. It was comfy enough and had the strictly necessary. The staff was helpful and pleasant. It is close to the station and to the pedestrian zone. I felt safe.

The room was at the last floor and very hot during the night (there is AC though, but I do not sleep with the AC on). The breakfast was ok, basic, everyday the same though. It is one of the the best in terms of price-quality in Konstanz compared to other places, but still quite pricy for the basic conditions.

The property is very central and it’s easy to walk to the many shops and restaurants and also access boat trips across the lake. The room was modern and seemed to be newly decorated. We were given free travel cards which allowed bus and train travel and we took full advantage to explore. There is a nice ‘beach’ across the bridge where you can sit and swim. We would recommend a visit to the botanic gardens on Mainau Island.

Not much to say against - we only had one glass in the room and the pillows were enormous (great for sitting up in bed, but not so good for sleeping). Small things.

Location was very good, across the street from the train station and close to everything in the Alt Stadt. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ok.

Entrance location was tricky. There was no obvious signage just some 2 or 3 inch high stick-on letters on the building with arrows pointing the way to the entrance. There is construction going on in the street in front of the hotel which did not help things. Once inside it was a series of up and down steps to get to a sign noting the reception was on the first floor and another sign noting the lift was this direction. Hall was narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage.

The location of the hotel is good. It's just by the rail station and the lake. From the window,we can see the station and the trains. The room is quiet. By driving, it's not easy to find the hotel because its sign is small. You should look for the big sign of McDonald's. The hotel is just by the small alley to a big garage. I drove the car to the garage and didn't see the hotel. When we took the suitcases out of the garage. Oh, the hotel is just in front of us. The girl at the reception desk told me how to drive to the cheaper parking plaza. Breakfast is okay, bread, butter, jam, ham, coffee, fruit...... Walking to the lake and the landmark only take 5 minutes, crossing the street.

Cheaper parking place is a little far away, say, 15 minutes' walk. We walk to take the car and come back to the hotel for taking luggage. Of course you can pay more to park the car just beside the hotel.

Location excellent opposite main railway station. And old town. Close to supermarkets Warm welcoming staff Spacious single room. Clean. Comfortable bed pillow and bed linens. Lovely outlook over to roof garden. Windows opened wide for ventilation. Good sound isolation to exterior. And good neighbours quiet internally.

Strong perfume sprayed in room. Really unpleasant. Staff were lovely and understood. However these aerosol perfumes are recognised now to contain substances that are harmful to humans even those that like the smell. A clean room does not need to be and should not be sprayed. Most hotels do not use these sprays any longer.

The hotel is located in front of the train station in Konstanz and it's very easy to reach also the city centre. It's quiet so you can sleep well at night. The stuff is friendly and polite. I was worried that I might be late for the check-in but they managed to help me. The breakfast is very good and also there is a terrace where you can sit. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I highly recommend Gasthaus Centro Albert!

Excellent location, just right across the road to the major central train station and eateries. The room was newly renovated and very well decorated. Staff tried to be helpful in sorting out of free tourist transport pass but there was some error.

Shower glass door doesn't keep the water out well. I think we're not the first ones to encounter this as the other rooms experienced the same. Hopefully the hotel will fix it soon.

The location was great. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, the harbor, and some shops. The hotel is old, but when we booked, the hotel was newly renovated so the dining area and room looked lovely.

The price for one night stay including breakfast was a bit too expensive despite booking well in advance. The breakfast selection was limited, but sufficient. The hair dryer in our room worked but was very weak and hot.

The guesthouse was just in the centre of the city. We are a family of 5 and we've had to book a family room..The staff were kind enough to add an extra bed for our little girl...with no charge. The breakfast was very nice with a nice variety of food for every taste or allergy. There is a parking hall just attached to the hotel for 24 € or you can park far away and pay 13€ a week. We did choose the second option(no need for a car anyway) You can walk and go to visit the "Sea Life". We loved 😍 Kostanz, plenty place to visit or just to walk around and enjoy the beautiful city. The staff were very kind and very helpful with all the information we needed. We are definitely coming back again.

Honestly nothing.....perhaps I would add some croissants for breakfast.

Very good location with all shops and restaurants beside it.

Shower doors doesn’t close properly so gets the floor all wet and also the small fridge inside the room is beside the beds and lights up the whole room during the night.
