clear instructions for key safe to pick up room keys after reception hours - superb location with a view on Lake Constance and just a stone throw away from Konstanz Central Railway Station (Germany) and Kreuzlingen Hafen railway station (CH) - cleanliness - friendly staff - rich and delicious breakfast in buffet style with something for everyone's taste , I personally just loved the homemade yummy Swiss Bircher Muesli - on 1st January breakfast even included a glass of sparkling wine - if you are staying 3 days or more, you might want to take advantage of acquiring the OSKAR (Eastern Switzerland Guest Card) for CHF 15/day, including all public transport (bus/train) in the 7 eastern Switzerland Cantons and the cable car up to Mount Säntis among other things, really great value for money!

I just missed a fridge (no issue in winter times, when I just placed my foodstuff outside to keep cool) and a tea kettle to prepare hot water for a cup of tea in the evening to warm up again after a day outside in the cold, but the reception provided me with a thermo bottle of boiling water, so got this solved for me. - otherwise nothing to dislike, it was the 3rd time I went to this place, I like it very much!

The room and bathroom are large. Lots of drawer and closet space. Access straight outside to a large green space with Lake Bodensee 150 meters distant. Breakfast was good with indoor and outdoor seating. Check-in was straightforward with a friendly and helpful representative. Safe and secure bike storage, although we kept ours in the room. Ten minute walk to Germany (Konstanz) with all the amenities of a city.

Check-in location is awkward (it is at the entrance to the arena). Not a big deal, just not where one might expect. Then again, the entire property is part of a sports complex so makes sense. Unfortunately, a large tent on the grass area was being removed during our stay (we were advised of this well in advance of arriving). There was some noise and an obscured view of the lake. This was not a hotel matter and as noted, we were told what to expect weeks in advance.

The hotel is in a nice location. The staff was friendly. Even thought it was written that the reception is only open until 18.00pm, it was possible to do the check-in afterwards thanks to the keybox and a code they provide. The room was big and very clean. Good value for money. Recommend it.

Location is good for the bicycle path along the Rhine or Bodensee. Indoor bicycle storage room. Good breakfast included. A good budget hotel, easy walk to downtown Konstanz and restaurants, etc.

No air conditioning, which isn't unusual in Europe, but the design of the hotel means that there isn't much airflow, either. All the rooms had to keep their doors open in order to get any breeze, which of course takes away any privacy.

Location right at the lake, ten minutes walk to Konstanz train station. Free parking, whereas many Konstanz hotels charge 20 Euros per night.

The rooms aren't beautiful, but functional. They are part of a sports complex and are comparable to motel rooms in the US (only much cleaner).

It was not my first stay but I am not disappointed this time either. The location is close to the centre, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was satisying. Bonus that the bike rental is complimentary and the lake is really close.

I missed a small fridge from the room, and if someone is searching for an extra quite place to stay its not for them.

The room does have the feeling of an old "locker room" just because it's a concrete room at an arena, but they've definitely made the best of the situation. It was clean and room was decorated nicely. The location might not be the best, except I ended up hanging out at an outside bar thing just accross the border so it was perfect for me that night,

We got free early check in and late check out because the hotel wasn't that full. The staff was very nice and the buffet for breakfast was very tasty.

The beds could be more comfortable but it's fully okay

The staff was super friendly and everything was very uncomplicated. The rooms were spacious and everything was also super clean. We were surprised that you could rent bikes for free and also could use the sport facilities. I will certainly visit again.

The room was very nice and clean and the breakfast was exceptional! It's just a short walk away from the harbor and downtown Konstanz. I'll stay there again for sure!
