The hostel was great ! The staff is nice and helpful, the building is beautiful, well located. The bathroom is really clean and large. There is a small locker in the room for valuable objects. The breakfast is really good and there are vegan options ! Also, we were able to use the hosepipe to clean our bikes.

I would have liked to know the city tax could only be paid in cash, this way I would have brought CHF instead of loosing money in the transaction (it is less than a euro but still...)

The hostel is very close to the lake and very little noise. It is also only a 10-15min walk into Konstanz along the river. Breakfast was very good, there is a chill out lounge area. The dorm was great had 2 doors out to balconies which would be great on sunny days. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again. The hostel is in a beautiful old building.

The beds are comfortable, the place is overall really beautiful and next to the lake. The location is also perfect and close to Konstanz. The city is reachable by walking, but really better on a bike. The breakfast had also good options :)

It would be great to have at least free possibility to use the kettle and some glasses to make one self a tea or sth. Maybe there was some option, but this should be included for free. The wifi is horrible, which isn't a good thing as in Swiss you need to pay for the data, if you are not from there.

The youth hostel is beautifully located, surrounded by nature, it's very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the hostel is pleasant and relaxed.

The only downside is that you cannot leave your luggage before 5pm in a secure area.

Recycling containers and wifi everywhere would be great. With the wooden floors you can hear every person walking in the building.

Superb location. Breakfast and dinner (latter available by order) both very good. Very grateful that gluten free diet was catered for. Very clean. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.

Holes in window screen only partly patched with bits of paper and post-it notes - disappointing. Overall, expensive as a couple in a single room and shared bathroom.

Very kind staff, calm guests (important with hostels :D), amazing location (right at the lake, with swimming access 3 minutes walk, in the middle of pretty park, still walking distance to train and to Old Town Konstanz).

Gorgeous grounds next to a park by the lake. Lovely porches of the room. great staff, great breakfast. Great stay.
