A modern hotel. The room ceiling was high and it was not claustrophobic. Nice bed, and bathroom with walk in shower. Close to railway line but I heard nothing. Breakfast is available at an extra cost. I didn't have breakfast and cannot report on it. Receptionist was friendly and spoke English. City tax is to be paid at the check-out. Remember to have some cash.

Nothing could have been better. I would have enjoyed a cup of coffee without having to pay for breakfast. There was water by the lift but I didn't know if this was free or it cost extra. No water in the room.

We loved the hotel. We were there for Ifamily matters (my cousin passed away) and stayed at the hotel. Initially we thought we would only stay one night and stay at my cousins apartment after but we ended up staying at the hotel instead. Everyone in the hotel is friendly, helpful and professional. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. We ate dinner there at least 3 times and it was delicious. They have a limited menu but we found it to be perfect for us. The breakfast is excellent and well worth it. We actually made friends with one of the employees. He helped me resolve a huge problem I had. So helpful. I believe it’s family owned. It’s new, clean and they give you free bottles of water (still or bubbles) as much as you want. I thought that was a nice touch. Highly recommend. FYI. It’s better to make reservations directly with the hotel. I found it to be better.

Clean rooms; bathroom and sink in the single bed room were very spacious and comfortable. Bed firmness was perfect for me; staff were very friendly and made the place homely. Many hangers were provided (10 in my room), water is free to take just beside the floor elevators- very convenient. Room window blinds can be shut entirely.

Very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful design for air ventilation and temperature control with window blind. Close to promenade and the ports for tourist boats. Quiet area and a few minutes walking distance to a train station.

Poor soundproof from passing trains.

Was there to visit a friend, the room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is simply divine! Just the right spread with really fresh bread, yoghurt and fragrant coffee! I’m going to miss it a lot!

Super comfortable bed in a large room. Shower was great. Breakfast was good with nice strong coffee. Location is perfect for our needs. Parking available onsite.

Not much to say here. The sink for the bathroom is in the sleeping area which is a little odd but not a real problem.

The staff was kind and helpful

There aren’t many places to eat the hotel has a very limited menu for dinner and it’s quite expensive for what they have. Also, this time I had a view of the train tracks rather than the lake. The bed is quite low

Nice modern hotel, clean and comfortable. A pleasant stroll down to Konstanz for dinner. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bar was an excellent spot for a nightcap.

Patio breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, although a little warm. Location was within walk of train and Bodensee ferry boats.
