• The massage room felt unprofessional and cold. • The bed was uncomfortable, as it consisted of two single mattresses pushed together. • The toilet had no real door, which felt awkward. • The hotel charged the New Year’s dinner twice (€438), which we had to catch and correct. • We were charged for a Laurent Perrier Rosé (€299) instead of the Moët Rosé (€170) you ordered. • Parking costs €150 for six nights, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. • Additional bottles of water cost €9.50 each, totaling €40 for four bottles.

Fantastic accommodation, right on the lake and easy walking distance to the town.

There was not enough dining room capacity at breakfast when the See Terrace could not be used due to weather. Service in the Zeppelin Bar on our last evening (the Monday) was atrocious, ...very slow, surly and unfriendly, he got my order wrong, then argued with me about what I ordered!! ...this ruined what had been up to that point a very pleasant evening.

At check out day, they kept my luggage until I recovered it when I left the hotel. Because I am disabled I was worried to get into the taxi and the luggage boy assured me to take care of my luggage. CBut at the train station I found out that there was missing 2 bags! So I had to rush back to get them and because of that I lost my train and had to take a later one. The reception gave me a ticket for my luggage but they don't know how much luggage you have They should make sure that all the luggage has been given before the customer leave

Everything was great, but when I got my bill I was charged for breakfast when it was included in my booking. When I called to get my receipt that was never sent, he was quite rude so I did not want to get into an argument over the breakfast cost. Recommend you review your receipt at the desk so you do not have to call and deal with the desk clerk.

The unique location and position very close to the centre but with a very cozy access and view to the beautiful lake. The food choice at the buffet for the breakfast and the staff kindness and availability were the cherry on top. Also services like private beach with towels, parking and so on give definetely an added value to the experience.

The Suite room had a safe which had to be checked again and the bed for couple were 2 single ones attached.

Wonderful historical hotel on lake Konstanz. Great location in proximity to the downtown and the lake. The views of the lake are magnificent. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. We were in town to explore some of the local Christmas markets. We are definitely going to stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very good. I think it is an excellent property in a perfect location. Very clean.

The room on the 4th floor was rather close feeling. I’m a bit claustrophobic and didn’t see the lower ceiling on the website otherwise I would have booked a room on a lower floor. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Nice converted old monastery with charm. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food is excellent. Parking next to the hotel. Lovely lakeside views from the terrace and from our room.

The only thing that lets the property down is the proximity to the train line and to the party zone of Constance. We got noise throughout the day from the trains every 15 mins or so and at night the disco boat beat was a pain. You need good ear plugs.

Breakfast was delicious. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was super friendly!

The bathroom door in our room was frosted glass with no lock, so that's tricky if you need privacy. Also, just be warned that the boats passing sound their horns often, if you have noise sensitivity.

I liked the fact that this was a Cloister, Monastery and has been renovated into a hotel. We got a nice big room with Lake view , as booked. Breakfast was excellent on the lovely Terrace overlooking the lake.

Dinner on Terrace, has very limited Menu, Corridors need new carpets and general deep cleaning and redecorating.
