The breakfast was phenomenal. So many choices on the buffet. A whole menu to order from with eggs, pancakes, waffles, omlette, savory toast with cheese. On the buffet there was everything from individual egg dishes, porridge with berries, chia pudding, pastries, overnight oats smoked salmon, Brie and other cheeses, vegetables, fruit yoghurt, Processco, difference juices, kombucha. It was a delight. There was even a candy bar. The dinner was great too with choices of seafood, steak, pasta, gnocchi, every meal served around me looked amazing. The spa area was very relaxing and the roof top pool was the highlight. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, great bathroom and extremely comfortable beds .

There was nothing that I found to fault. It was a wonderful relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return.

Great lake location, nice to be able to pull in front of the hotel to unload luggage before valet parking of our automobile, less stressful than hotels that require fighting for a space to unload.

The air-conditioning could have been cooler, and while we opened the balcony door briefly to allow some cooler air in, then closed it (AC does not work with door open), we came back from dinner to find the room full of many insects, little mosquito like critters, even though the doors and windows were closed after we departed the room for dinner. We killed about 30 of these bugs before retiring for the evening. Better functioning AC may have avoided this, as we are guessing they came in the room, unknown to us, when the door was briefly opened to allow cross ventilation and reduce the temp in the room.

Perfect getaway. Beautiful property - very kind staff. Located at Bodensee (beautiful view). Amazing food.

When ordering a bottle of Champagne at the pool it would be great to receive the nice champagne glasses instead of the plastic ones :-) And we didn‘t really get an introduction of the location at the beginning (like where to find the pool, the restaurant, what are the opening hours etc) but these are just small details - we very much loved our stay and will come back for sure!☺️

The property had a beautiful pool area on the roof with views over the lake. The staff were fabulous in all areas and nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant (where breakfast was provided) had outdoor seating under trees facing the lake, the food was sensational and choice at breakfast was varied. The rooms were comfortable and modern. We had a side view to the garden and neighbourhood at it was beautiful. A balcony was also provided with comfortable chairs. The hotel was a 15 min easy walk from the old town.

The deluxe room which we stayed in overlooks the river. It was quiet and peaceful and large room. Breakfast was good and the staff serving at the breakfast area was very efficient, polite and smiling.

It was further from the Old Quarter although it is walkable to the Old Quarter. As the property is in a residential area, there are not many restaurants around the vicinity and have to walk to them. No supermarkets or shops near the hotel Hotel charges Euros 23 for the parking outside near the hotel and for its underground parking. There are a few free parking lots along which we were fortunate to get.

Breakfast was outstanding with wonderful service and an amazing array of high quality food. The location, by the side of the lake, was perfect with a lovely 20/25 stroll into the old town and all the fantastic shops and restaurants on offer.

Absolutely nothing.

The only bad thing was the WiFi & a small not well equipped gym but other than absolutely amazing hotel. Super friendly staff, always ready to help, beautiful location, clean, very nice facilities, delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel !

Exceptional quality and value for money. The spa is super clean and extremely well organized and the hotel is modern and well organized. The staff were welcoming and really friendly. The location is quiet and located just by the lake so it is a super relaxing place to stay.

Extremely clean, great design, very thought through with lots of attention to details! Great location, not far from city center, right at the lake, not loud, not crowded. Spa was included in the price and was beyond our expectations! We are already booking our next stay!!!
