The property is very clean and bright. Location is very convenient. We had handsoap and Shampoo in the bathroom. No washing soap for the washing machine but that was ok. A caffe machine, dish washer and table wear were all there. The stay was very enjoyable.

The balcony door was defect, so you could not seal it. That made the soundproofing worse of course and therefore it was a little bit louder than it should have been. The hotel is directly on the street and near to the train station so it could get loud at night.

Location was great, room was very spacious and quiet. Great kitchen and washing facilities. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets located around the room, great for recharging everything during my stay.

Check-in procedure was unexpected, although it went without a hitch - make sure you have enough data signal for a quick WhatsApp call to check in.

The hotel seems to offer serviced apartments which came a bit as a surprise. So, the full blown home-like experience did make a positive impression. The self check-in/check-out seemed reasonably easy after the initial shock of no reception. The included tea/coffee and everything need for our stay was also very nice. The available free parking was very convenient.

Since the hotel actually rents out short-term serviced apartment the reception desk was not working (I am not sure if that is always the case because we arrived on a Sunday and the Monday was a holiday-bridge day for Tuesday). So, seeing a locked hotel door after a long drive for sure was not a pleasant experience. The self check-in information should be mentioned beforehand. The bathroom had no soap.

Studio is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need - even washer and dryer, and a cute back terrace where you can park the bikes. Short walk to Kostanz, very convenient

Could not reach the staff upon arrival for check in, despite arranging the time in advance. Once they called back though, self check in was easy.

Great room and easy to walk to/from. Everything was clean and washer/dryer worked perfectly. Parkhaus was easy to get in/out of.

Temperature control of the room was not good but opening the sliding glass door a little allowed for a good balance.

no breakfast at property so ate at nice cafe at adjacent train station. short walk to konstantz bars, cafes, restuants etc. great night in the bar across the street (dobeli bar). underground parking for our motorbikes real bonus.

It was super clean,cozy and comfortable for 2 people. The backyard was just amazing for having a breakfast/dinner. The owner was super friendly and check in was very easy. If I go back to Konstanz, I would definitely stay there again.

It is a bit expensive but I think this depends where you come from.

The location is near the train station. Easy check in and easy check out.

They gave free capsule for the coffee machine but only in espresso without milk. I think should be improve next time but overall its a good stay.

Close to Konstanz Bahnof. High ceilings and quite functional studio apartments with coffee machine (which did not work as expected), utensils, dishes etc. to have in-house breakfast.

All was fine but there was no one to assist when we had any questions/concerns.

Room was actually like a fully furnished studio apartment with a dryer and a washing machine. The bed was comfy and there was a large balcony. The kitchen and fridge is quite large. Not too noisy despite being close to a busy road and highway. Complete sound isolation when you closed the balcony door.

Bit inconvenient to reach without a car
