The staff at the Aqua hotel were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered- it honestly felt as if you were a guest in their home!! Nothing was too much trouble for them, a wonderful team who all worked hard to make sure that my stay was memorable. Location was convenient for the local buses into the city or travelling further afield. I was provided with an excellent guide for the area and lots of recommendations too: The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice for all dietary tastes and appetites. Certainly sets you up for a busy day ahead!

First and foremost, I was impressed with how we were treated as guests. The staff was welcoming and passionate about helping travelers enjoy their city. We were presented with a small booklet of the city with public transport information, restaurant recommendations, and activity suggestions for good or bad weather conditions. Our rooms were wonderfully decorated and pristinely clean. Complete five star experience - this was my favorite hotel of our vacation.

The wifi signal strength in our room was a bit poor. Our phones needed to be reconnected to the wifi every 20-30 minutes.

Everything was super, especially the personnel and the support. People was amazing and always giving a hand, explaining how things work and proividing useful tips. The hotel facilities are fully OK, very nice decoration and ambience. The restaurant is very nice and breakfast is absolutely super. Very clean in the room and the facilities.

The location of course is not perfect. In any case, you can have the Bodensee card and move by bus, which works fully fine, and in 20 minutes or less you are in Constanz city center

The Acqa hotel was extremely comfortable and with a relaxed vibe - everywhere was very clean and I enjoyed the unusual artifacts on the walls. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were superb!!! I enjoyed the green and reclaimed areas near the hotel. The free train and bus pass was great and it was very easy to travel into the town centre. I would definitely recommend it to my friends

The pizza I had from my supper one evening was perfectly nice but not very interesting.

Parking - the parking lots are very slim so if you have a bigger car, you need to park somewhere else or take the risk of hitting or being hit :( .

Super friendly employees (since housekeeping till reception) no doubt they enjoy working and they share it with a smile every day. The decoration and thematic of the hotel is really calmed and motivates you to relax. Breakfast is much superior to a 3-star hotel with an extensive variety of dishes. The room is comfy and silent, the same with the bathroom, which is also clean and well equipped.

Personally, I would add a kettel with tee and coffee in the room.

The hotel was very clean, tidy, comfortable. Everything that was offered in the description was really there. Very polite employees. The reception staff was very pleasant to talk to. Very tasty breakfast. Large selection of dishes. Special thanks from us to Tatyana from Ukraine, who served us at breakfast, for her good attitude towards customers. This hotel can be recommended to others.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and worth the money. The staff was very friendly. In general good worth for the money!

The safe didn’t work and our main lamp above the bed was missing a light bulb. In the bathroom, the cabinet underneath the sink was pretty worn out and a bit disgusting. That was disappointing.

Malte who was at the reception was really nice and professional. He was so welcoming and truly tried to help us even for some tips for visiting Konstanz. We travel a lot and I cannot remember a person who treated us as such. He even wanted to provide us a blanket for our dog. Thank you Malte.

Everything was really nice except the temperature inside the room, there was an AC but it didn't work that well. It was sooo hot. This is why I put a 3 out of 4 on the comfort area.

I love how the hotel is decorated, everything looks and smells new. Our room was so big, we loved it. Most importantly, the hotel must talk more about the breakfast, because that is a 5* breakfast!

The views from the room are not anything special, but the location is good. You can travel anywhere with bus.
