That it was close to Walmart and dollar tree, the 4th floor always smelled like pumpkin candles and food. The shower was clean when I got there. The refrigerator kept things so cool. The front desk people were nice. I also saw some cute deer nearby and a cute little kitty

The elevator always smelt like dog and was musty. The key cards were not fully working. One of the side doors to the hotel never worked with my key cards. The stove in my room you couldn’t tell which one was low and high ,everytime I twisted it to low it would get higher. There were dead bugs by the window. The bed was too high up it wasn’t a regular hotel bed. The wifi wasn’t that bad it was just that you could only connect one or two devices and if you wanted better internet you had to pay for it. I didn’t mind the people outside they just were smoking.

Cynthia on front desk absolutely fabulous. They have maintenance man, Steven, who knows what he's doing and is friendly. As extended stay property, if you are here for few weeks or months, it's nice to have the facilities staff knowledgeable, friendly and will go out of their way to be helpful

Trash can outside back door at smoking area should be on other side of the entry door. If you are out there smoking, flies can be annoying due to location of trash can

Staff was friendly, room was clean and neat. Pet friendly and for the number of guests room was quiet.

Our only real complaint, we chose this hotel because it had a small kitchen area so we could save money on bringing our own food instead of eating out. When we arrived we found out there was no coffee maker, no dishes, no pots or pans, no glasses or silverware. When I called down to see if I could pick some up at the front desk I was informed they don't supply anything. So we ended up having to order out for food. The other issue was our shower was missing the door lip on the bottom so the bathroom would get flooded after each shower as nothing was there to keep the water in the shower.

Very clean Very friendly staff Very helpful I checked in July 5th and left September 26th I stayed in Madison Tennessee and had a view of a mountain top from my bed and I was raised in San Antonio Texas so I kept my blinds open and thoroughly enjoyed the view I am disabled and staff was always helpful Would recommend to anyone

There was nothing I didn't like

It was a huge room, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. No bugs or insects crawling around and friendly staff, too. Got locked out my room, and the employee came and fixed it immediately.i would most definitely stay again because everything worked in the room, plus you have a nice size, big refrigerator.

I didnt like the fact that I was on the first floor because the people above me had kids and they were running all night until like 1 or 2 and I wake up drowsy for work because of lack of sleep. But it was cool.

It has a good location but a plenty of restaurants available in the area. Also close to the highway. A big plus is the staff there as I felt comfortable communicating with them.

The room needs to be kept up a little more as the chair in the corner have seen better days. The bathroom door had a hole in it. Also ok in the day but strange activity almost every night including the police walking around at 1 night.

It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very good at their job and attention to detail. The room was clean,quiet, had plenty of room. It also had a stove top and a full size refrigerator and microwave. A kitchen sink to clean dishes. Hot water was awesome. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

My room was really clean and spacious

There was some people that was staying beside me that were being too loud during some times of the day and night

It was a quiet location and just far enough out of the main area of Nashville. Only about 15 minutes to get to attractions/sightseeing.

We had to turn in our towels to get new towels, even for staying a week. The room next to us had 2 dogs that barked on and off all night.

The staff was very helpful and eager to meet or exceed my expectations!

I have nothing to complain about.
