Breakfast was great with the exception of no cinnamon rolls the first day. Appreciated gluten free options. The staff person did a great job keeping up with restocking and cleaning in breakfast area. Walking trail right behind hotel was nice. The first night we were there, we were able to see the sunset :) Newer hotel, nice location close to many restaurant options.

The bathroom space was on the small side. A couple of times, we heard a dog barking in the room across from us

The staff were fabulous and great to me, the building is extra clean. And beautiful comforting design. And I truly enjoyed my stay.

Just that the pool might not be ready for Memorial Day to swim in, but I’m only sad because I’m a swimmer haha. And the phone was kind of confusing to work, maybe they could update those, that’s all. Wonderful staff and clean comforting staff and ability to have a great gym is wonderful.

99% excellent, just a problem with room thermostat changing itself to cooling at 69°instead of needed heating setting. Talked to Maintenance Employee, and explained the issue to him. No doubt he has repaired it by now.

Breakfast was basically bare by 9 am. I understand how that can happen, but proper planning should have prevented the problem. May have been depleted earlier than 9 am, just was when I went down.

The location nearby hiking trails, the room was very clean, the bed super comfortable great staff.

I wish the daily breakfast had offered more variety. It was very little fruit served, mainly oranges, but by 8 o'clock, they were already out of it.

Location

I don’t know why they made the lobby look uninviting after the breakfast. The bar stools were upside down on the bar, the chairs were all pushed in tight to the coffee tables. It felt like they didn’t want you to use the lobby. We were traveling with other people and it would have been nice to have a lobby that we felt comfortable to visit.

Clean, comfortable, location

The bathroom was very small with nowhere to hang towels etc. My stay was 3 days, no housekeeping, so it was inconvenient. We were given a 1st floor room next to laundry and kitchen, across from fitness room and lobby with breakfast. From 7:00 am - 5:00 pm- SO loud. WiFi awful.

We truly enjoyed the breakfasts served each morning. There was something good to eat for everyone. The food was delicious and kept to the perfect temperature and the breakfast area was clean and inviting. It was wonderful to be able to eat and look at the surrounding beautiful mountains. Thanks for a great start to each morning!

We didn't have any disappointments at all. We were pleased with our room which was graciously upgraded to a suite, without even asking for an upgrade. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, and very clean. The fitness center was small, but nice. The staff was friendly.

It sounded like there was a dog whining and pawing at the door in the room beside me. Only one elevator seemed to work, and it was slow waiting at times.

Excellent location, very clean. An extraordinary staff who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I don’t normally submit reviews but the hospitality team at this hotel simply blew us away with their helpfulness and great attitude.

The area and view was great

A lot of the soaps were empty only a few towels for 2 adults and 4 kids, I was there more than one night, breakfast gets boring and the pancake machine is always broken or halfway works
