Linen was clean and the room. had a seating area. The manger was friendly understanding and easy to deal with.

On our first night, we were given a room with a broken bed. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he mentioned that he was unaware of the issue but assured us that had we called him that night, he would have provided us with a different room. The following morning, after we lodged our complaint, he promptly arranged a new room for us, which we were very pleased with.

Customer service was perfect you guys made it so easy and helped me change dates with out a fuss and even let me check in at 1pm instead of 2 and even then apologised for the wait , you were amazing . Small detail , you served A2 milk as some one who's lactose intolerant this was super appreciated

If I HAD to be picky there was only 2 pillows but I just bought an extra one from kmart no biggy

This motel was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Although the room was a little dated, it didn't affect the cleanliness at all just the appearance of the cupboards in the bathroom. This motel was a short drive away from the town although it would have been a lovely walk if the weather was fine.

Unfortunately the road noise from the highway was constant all night. The noise was coming up the hill through the dated air-conditioning unit.

The staff and owner went out of their way to be helpful when I needed some recharging assistance in a car I was driving for the first time. They allowed me use of their private charger when my time was limited. They also gave me valuable advice regarding follow up charging for my return to Melbourne. I’m very grateful to them for getting me out of a potentially difficult situation. Thank you very much. Will return when I need to.

Nothing not to like

Nice surrounding views & local area even though close to main highway. Large room with plenty of space. Tidy, well kept gardens & spotted a couple of rabbits after dark. Only a 10min drive to shops & restaurants.

Arrived at 4.30pm on a Thurs to no one in reception & had to ring to get access information which meant I didn't see a single staff person my entire stay (1 night).

This is a standard budget motel and what you pay for is what you get. The room was clean, the bed linen fresh and importantly the location is in a quiet street away from the freeway and other traffic noise so I had a lovely undisturbed sleep. If you are just looking for a bed for the night in a quiet location this is a place that is value for money. No hesitation in staying there again.

Suited my needs. Requested ahead for some microwave friendly dishes, more cutlery etc and it was all ready on arrival. Friendly and helpful staff.

Some things required fixing but owner is about to address that. Perhaps a small discount for this may have been a friendly gesture.

The only sink was the bathroom sink & filling the kettle was a bit hard as it didn’t fit under the tap. So all washing of cups etc had to be done in the bathroom. Had to live out of our suitcases as there really is no clothing storage.

We just needed 1 night's accommodation to break up a long drive and this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just had to make sure you didn't bump your head on the fitting above the bed as you got in and out, but overall was very good.

Nothing that we didn't like about Warragul Views Motor Inn.

Every thing was awesome bed was comfortable staff were helpful

The only thing that let it down was cooking facilities but as the staff informed us that was to do with the council and not them which was confirmed by family members staying at other locations
