I think the Mid Valley is one of the older motels in Morwell the room was simply furnished with everything being very functional. I think it is more a Tradesman's/Travellers motel as it is in the industrial area of Morwell still it was VERY QUIET at night to me which is a BIG + no noisy trucks going by. The room could do with a bit of a makeover but was GREAT VALUE for money. The staff were very friendly Good off-street parking, plenty of hot water, and sufficient towels. It has one big plus "opening windows" to let in the fresh air in other motels I have stayed in the windows can't be opened. and I am afraid of suffocating breathing in stale air.

The room was a 'bit old and tired looking' Needs repainting and perhaps some more modern furniture.

The room was clean and room enough for two people to stay in.Enough car space for your vehicle.The motel was easy to find and very close to the club which was great so you dont have to drive.The lady at reception very friendly.

All was good we liked it. We always stay there when we go to morwell and stay overnight.One thing i would say is the bed could be a bit further away from the wall so you can easier get around it. But overall no jssues.

The property was well maintained. Their garden is nice to look at upon entering the premise

Was asked and reminded 15 mins to get packed and check out, I think is a bit over the top; especially when it is evident that I am packing (some bags are ready to go into the car boot). It would be nicer, if they don't said "if you can packed in 15 minutes it will be good".

Great location, easily accessible to all the areas we needed to get to. Family room was right down the back of the facility so was lovely and quiet. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows available so no need to hunt down the manager. Pleasant gazebo for people to sit out in the sunshine.

Minimal seating in the family room, enough beds for 5 people but only a 2 seater couch. A small table with a couple seats would have been perfect. The family room isn't 2 bedrooms... it IS 2 rooms... but one is the living/kitchen and the other is the bedroom, so double and 3 singles all in one room... not exactly what i expected 🤣

Lastly, I would like to commend your commitment to exceptional customer service. It is evident that your entire team takes great pride in their work and goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Their dedication and genuine care for their guests truly set your motel apart. It's a great location which is close to the shopping centre, patrol station, restaurant and 15 minutes to traralgon. Good facilities especially the big refrigerator, smart TV and bed are very comfortable .

Everything was good, bed, TV, shower, heater, fridge, kettle all worked perfectly, the cleanliness of the room, adequate parking, close to all facilities. I like the fact it was off the main Hwy limiting the traffic noise.

The only thing I would add in the room, is an electric blanket, in Winter, I think that’s a requirement, other than that everything was perfect.

Nothing, but I strongly encourage the owner to buy a can of WD40 or RP7 to make the door locks work a little better. Not a criticism, but very much a tip to make things better.

The location is a light industrial area but surprisingly quiet and easy to access. The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay and the bed was very comfortable. Simple+ friendly check in.

For a budget motel for a night arrival and morning leave it was very good. The reception and housekeeping staff were wonderful. The location next door to the Gippsland Italian club made for a great dinner.
