Modern and clean room. Staff members were friendly and helpful when checking in and providing response to a specific request.

The flyscreen was missing so I couldn't open the window for fresh air. Loved the rain shower in ensuite, but no shower cap provided as part of toiletries so would suggest this as an improvement opportunity as some don't want to wash their hair every day or get it wet! I dined at the adjacent pub and service in bistro was average given there was nobody around. Staff taking my order did not know what they were doing and did not provide the 10% discount for my meal as part of accommodation, nor did they scan my pub+ card. Lots of meals on menu were not available. Staff were friendly, but inexperienced.

Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms felt modern, with a great powerful shower. You could park your car directly outside your front door, which made it very easy for us to access our stuff without needing to carry it all to our room. They gave us a coupon each for a free drink at the attached bar (includes soft drink or alcohol) and a 10% discount on food, which was a nice touch.

Welcomed with smiling faces & a good chat upon check in. We were very impressed with the room. We opted for the compact queen. As it was only my partner, small baby & I. Which was absolutely perfect. Spotless. Well stocked. Room service directly from the pub as an added option- The food was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying at NightCap Morwell! We will absolutely be returning in the future.

WOW. Since the new renovations, absolutely fantastic. New facilities, air conditioner, bed, block-out curtains & sheer nets. Lovely restaurant/bistro. Very comfortable & relaxing. The room was quiet. Easy to drive in & out. A great place to stay.

The new bathroom sink is lovely but the insralment of a fixed faucet instead of a swivel one, makes it difficult washing your face over the sink, as the fixed faucet gets in the way. Water goes everywhere. Everything else is great.

The convenience of having everything close by and having a wonderful bistro dinner delivered to my room.

Only negative was the toilet roll holder loose that the toilet roll kept falling on the ground. Oh and the dog opposite my room at the house wouldn’t stop barking but only lasted a couple of hours in the morning so it was completely fine.

Surprised at how modern and well decorated the rooms are

Slow hot water - took well over 5 min (was at the far end of hotel) any kept awake by snoring neighbour (thin walls)

Fantastic place! Great price, great room, bed and shower. 2 bottles of water replaced each day. Room serviced every day. Very clean. 2 free drinks at bar included. Modern and fresh.

No toaster or microwave. Loud noise in room when the shower was running.

The staff were friendly and approachable. The room was always spotlessly clean.

I thought the bathroom was a little cramped for space. The shower hot water seem to take a while to heat up.

Nicely renovated rooms. Everything you need without any fuss. Room was a good size. Quiet air-conditioning. PowerPoint's have phone charger plugs. Good lighting.

The hot water took ages to come through but we were almost furthest away from the main building.

The staff were very friendly, ammenities and extra touches (like a free drink att eh bar, tea and coffee, water inthe fridge) were above most locations for the price plus the room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was a little small but for the price I could not complain.
