While the accommodation is somewhat dated, it is comfortable. The owners were fantastic and so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I reported that the showerhead was leaking and it was repaired the very same day. I would recommend to colleagues so long as they aren't looking for accommodation with a restaurant for ease and convenience after a busy day.

Being a non-smoker with asthma, my only comment is that I was aware of the slight cigarette smell odour on the laundry. This is only a personal opinion however and would not deter me from recommending to others, or staying if my work takes me that way again.

I had the King room and I was very happy with it. Bed was extremely comfortable, the room spacious and all that I needed to be able to heat a meal or have breakfast in my room (sufficient utensils) was available. It was also priced very reasonably too, especially over peak holiday season. Last but not least - The managers were very friendly and helpful. Lovely people 😊

The only minor complaint I have was that there was a smell of mustiness in the room.

We had been driving all day and needed a motel for an overnighter, somewhere clean, comfortable and well priced and that’s what we got! Jack on reception is lovely and our room was spotless, bed was comfortable and had a nice hot shower. Much cheaper than anywhere else we looked at and the little town of Warragul is actually not that little, there are heaps of shops and amenities, we picked up supplies in town before continuing on our journey.

We could hear trains from our room at night, once we fell asleep it didn’t disturb us at all but a light sleeper might ask for a room on the other side of the property away from the tracks.

I am notoriously a poor sleeper. Despite being near a main road, I had the best night's sleep I've had in a very long time. I was not aware of any traffic noise during the night. Maybe it was the very comfortable bed/mattress.

Even though it was not an issue for me because I stayed alone, the room was set up for three people but the tea/coffee/biscuits were not enough for three people.

I chose the particular motel because it is close to my place of work. At the present time, I do not have a car and the location of the motel allows me to walk, catch the bus or hire a taxi. I was exhausted after Parent teacher night at work and I was happy to have a warm shower, a comfortable bed and a nice cup of coffee with biscuits (available in the room). The wi-fi was excellent and I could access the Internet and check my emails without any worry. Since I am a solo traveler, it was recomforting to know that the people who run the motel are permanently there. I arrived at the motel fairly late and the reception lady was very warm, patient and welcoming. I have rebooked the room for a day next week because I felt so comfortable. It was excellent value for the price.

I really can't complain about anything. I liked the motel and felt safe and comfortable.

I did not have the breakfast, therefor I cannot comment on how the breakfast was. If I did have the breakfast I would be able to comment on my experience with the breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal. Breakfast is served and/or eaten in the morning, lunch however is usually served midday (approx 12pm). Dinner, however, is a whole different story. You definitely would not serve breakfast AFTER 12pm. I’m sure the breakfast would have been great if I had received it, unfortunately I did not opt to receive it, therefore I will not comment further on my breakfast experience.

Splatters on the wall. What can only be described as “a recent sticky food fight” was evident on the apartment walls. I do claim to know what has recently occurred within the four walls of this specific appartment, however I will say that if there is going to be a sticky mess on the wall, I would appreciate at least a paragraph in writing detailing the events that led to such a sticky situation. Ew.

easy check in and check out, very clean tidy value for money 125 bux for a room wat do u expect shower was amazing with the best water pressure, bed was comfortable clean guy at reception was polite nice dude will be staying again soon thanks 😊

Could hear everything in next room even though it said room sound proofing not the case

It was a pleasure to stay here, bathroom has been recently renovated and the room is very well appointed with everything you might need. Staff were excellent

The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but I have a rare back problem so guess they are probably ok for most travellers

Bed and linen were extra comfortable. Good bathroom amenities. Quiet, efficient A/C unit (on a 37C day). Easy check-in and out. Modern and comfortable decor.

About the only thing was that there were no drinking glasses.

The room was comfortable with adequate equipment (crockery, cutlery toaster and jug etc), excellent lighting for reading, plenty of cupboard space, and an excellent (large) size TV well placed to be easily seen from anywhere in room. I loved the extended bench space. Plenty of towels (including face washers!!!). Good size bathroom BUT ...see next box I will need to travel to Warragul again and will be happy to stay there. Excellent service overall.

The shower was tiny but water a good temperature. I did have a problem with the key to open the door initially but the owner gave me another one and I had no more problems. Breakfast options could perhaps be a little wider. I did appreciate however that I was not charged for breakfast because of the key problem.
