For a budget motel, the location, service (thank you Raj!) and comfort were exceptional. My room was large with excellent air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, a modern kettle and a decent sized TV. Excellent water pressure in the shower, too. A very accommodating manager (Raj, again), who facilitated my late check in (after 11pm) very smoothly and elegantly, and I felt exceptionally welcomed. This really was a very pleasant experience for a weary traveller, and I would happily stay again in a heartbeat.

Trying to think of something negative, but really I can't - everything was much, much better than I expected from accommodation at this price point. A true credit to the staff.

Lovely clean and fresh motel room, quite spacious. The motel looks as if it has been refreshed. Bed very comfortable with crisp sheets. AC antiquated but perfectly functional. I would be happy to stay here again. There is a Woolworths supermarket almost directly across the road from the motel. The street seemed very quiet at night.

A little expensive perhaps for what it is, but considerably cheaper than accommodation on Phillip Island - 50 k away - close enough that you could drive to the island

Good value for money, very quiet location and interior. The motel room was very clean and comfortable. Close to everything.

It was a chillly upon arrival, and took a while for the heater to effectively warm up the area. Also, as I had paid in advance online, it would have been good if the outside light had been switched on, to avoid trying to see the tiny combination keys in the dark (to access the door key).

Good location. Nearby supermarket if you forget any essentials. Nearby pizza shop and pub in walking distance. Basic but clean and comfortable rooms.

There is off street parking but only for one car. If you have a trailer and a big car, you will need to park on the main road out front.

key is placed in the lock box in front of the room. Can arrive anytime. Staff is extremely nice and it is very quiet.

Wifi signal is not strong but still working in my room, which is 2nd last from the reception. Also I could hardly get mobile data connection in the motel area but mine is vodafone. Not bad to have a good time with less internet.

Excellent staff Easy checking in and out. Our room was comfortable & we really liked the larger than usual shower. . Everything was clean & we would recommend this motel to travellers.

We thought the tariff for our one night stay was a bit more than anticipated but probably quite reasonable for the region. We have been travelling looking at painted silos, water tanks & murals and have not paid as much. The areas we have visited are further from Melbourne.

Clean and just perfect for our overnite stay. Located directly across the road from local shops, woolworths, chemist, cafe, BWS. Friendly staff, quick and smooth checkin. Allowed us to checkin early.

Very clean, quick check in pleasant staff member. Close to supermarket and pub with good meals. Room was clean with all facilities we needed.

The internet was non existent. It showed you were connected but we were unable to log on to any sites.

It was our only option on the way to Phillip Island and it ended more than good. The room was pretty comfortable. I rate it 8/10 because it should definitely be renovated so the price could be lower until they do it :)
