The beds were comfortable.

Our hot water ran out pretty quickly in the shower. Our aircon couldn't change temperature. It was set to 16 degrees. And the heater was quite noisy. Upgrading the aircon unit would be good. People smoke right outside our room. I had a little baby, and at night, all I could smell was cigarette smoke. Maybe having an option to close the windows at the front would be great. I asked for a cot in the room, and they said a cot would be in the room. When I arrived, no cot was available, I improvised and pushed the couch against the bed so my little one wouldn't fall out. Staff came to my door the next day asking if I still need a cot.

It was basic but that's what was expected. Roomy, very clean and the the bed was comfortable and had clean comfortable bedding. Heater and lighting was on when we arrived late in the evening so very welcoming. Tea coffee and basic cereal options in the room. Microwave and toaster and kettle fridge of course with a long kitchen bench so very practical. I was expecting more tired but very fresh. Well worth it for a night or two.

Nothing really. It was what you would expect from an old motel. It looked tired and a bit scruffy on the outside but the rooms are great.

The first night we stayed in the double room with one bed only, it was great value for money, clean, and had everything we needed as it was just us as a couple. The next night we moved to the family room due to availability, it was again very clean but didn’t have the same feel as the double room, but for a family would be great. Staff were friendly and very helpful, would definitely stay there again

Only thing was the family room was too bright, it didn’t have the same feel as the double room.

Changed towels everyday , provided with milk

If someone stays for longer then pls provide more milk only . We used long life too .. I do think it will cost a lot .. just a milk nothing else so someone can have little hot drink in morning .. if they don’t use then you don’t need to fill up again any how .. because most of people only prefer to use milk only ..

This hotel is located perfectly to everything you will need. We found our travels amazing staying here and the staff were extremely accommodating to all needs. The community kitchen and even the bbq tools supplied are an awesome addition. We had a group of 13 and were all so happy with everything here.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful, my Grandaughters loved swimming in it every day. It was ideally positioned for all the activities we went to.

No no internet, no comfy chair to sit in to read or watch TV, but it was still an excellent holiday, to finish the old year and head into the new year.

Very clean with fixtures and fittings in great condition. Good comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets on hand if required. Good sized allocated parking space in front of the room. Management team very courteous and helpful.

Could not find anything to dislike about this property.

The property is in a really great location, so many shops nearby, on a main road so easy to find and easy to travel around. It’s a beautiful park, well maintained and kept really clean.

The walls seem thin at times. You can hear the people in the next room or the tv on in the other room. I dare say this would be different in a cabin than in the motel. The bed we stayed in felt really hard. And I’m glad I packed an extra blanket because I was freezing at night.

Shower is wonderful And Room is good size

no cutlery enough for couple. We stay for 9 nights the cleaner didn’t turn up we ask for it but one lady did come do vacuum before Christmas.

The room was clean and comfortable. Overall I was quite pleased with the accommodation. I was also able to check in late without any issues.

The room looks right on to the carpark which lacks privacy when the curtain is open. Otherwise it was fine.
