Pleasantly surprised! Wasnt sure what to expect but I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable time with my mum. We had everything provided to make our stay enjoyable, kitchen ware, laundry powder etc. I The bed was so comfortable, one of the best I have ever slept in, it was warm, they had Foxtel which was awesome. No sharing walls with anyone, it was perfect. I highly recommend and already planning my next 'stay-cation' here. The owner was also very friendly and helpful.

The location was great, it was quiet and all amenities were good. The only thing that let's it down is the outside appearance which would not take much to improve, tidy up the lawns and weeds and replace the external block out curtains and the property would lift immensely. A bit tired on the inside but understandably would need a larger financial spend, otherwise all good. We will stay again if we return to visit family. Thankyou.

It truly was a home away from home, warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Little extras like free wi-fi were appreciated. The owner and family were very welcoming as well. Also the owner is responsive to feedback - there were just a few minor things we picked up on (eg no plugs for sinks/basins/baths) that we advised the owner about and he will remedy them.

Everything was really good: privacy, spaces, owner really a gem person! except for the bad smell at the beginning and the kitchen wasn t properly cleaned.

When we arrive there was a bad smell where was the carpet. We cleaned it better as we can and we used incesens. The kitchen wasn t cleaned properly in my opinion.

This is a hidden gem that you will find nestled alongside a paved brick driveway that runs off the end of a quiet residential court. As you drive down onto the property you will notice each of the townhouses aligned by big beautiful deciduous trees. Staying at Mount Waverley Townhouses is easy and comfortable. If you are like me and don’t like stuffy, sterile hotel rooms and prefer the feeling of a “home” away from home, then this is the place for you. You will be well looked after by your host Edward and his family here. Location is key and the townhouses are central to everything you need. In under 30 minutes you will be in the city and from there 20 minutes to the airport. If it is shopping you love, then you will find Australia’s biggest shopping centre, Chadstone is only a 5 minute drive away. This really is a fantastic location. When I book these units, I have peace of mind knowing that I don’t have to pack a million things. I know that I will get a kitchen stocked with utensils, fresh linen on the beds, including spare wool blankets and pillows, fresh towels, bath mats and face washers. Each unit has a washer, dryer and the use of a clothesline in your own private courtyard. The host even supplies you with washing powder and pegs to hang out your clothes. Other necessities that I don't always remember like dishwashing liquid, cloths, a scrubbing brush, paper towel and a tea towel are all supplied. If this isn’t enough, they also supply little soaps, shampoos, conditioners and body washes for you to use. Whatever your need, the hosts have pretty much got it covered. The size of the units are excellent, they are always clean and tidy. The beds are super comfy and you get fluffy pillows and spares! The bathroom has a separate shower, bath and separate toilet. Each unit also has a single lock up a garage. Should you need anything, your host Edward is very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Highly recommend. No other quite like this one.

The environment is quite nice for a short walk after dinner, pretty quiet place for relaxing and enjoy my break. Also, absolutely loving the piles of free candy in my room :D

There should be a serapate air conditioner in bedroom, especially in heat wave.

Property was clean and bigger than I expected. Everything was provided, including towels, washing machine powder, cleaning supplies, extra bin bags, access to outdoor bins etc

It’s an older style villa so some damage to the property was expected.

Nice house with good heating which was needed when we were there. Very comfortable beds too. We didn't have a car but there were plenty of bus stops close by and the train station into the city was only a 20 minute walk away. Edward, our host was very forthcoming and helpful.

The heating & hot water was good

The Tv was hard to navigate and gave up in the end.Very sparse kitchen utensils.
