We were very impressed with our room. Very comfortable and roomy. Small kitchenette so you can cook or reheat food. Drawers for clothes as well as hanging inside wardrobe. Small table and chairs. Bathtub and great shower head. bathroom was pristine. Windows that could easily be opened if required.

Very minor issue but possibly a sign in the stairwell to advise customers that their voices are amplified in the stairwell and every word can be distinctly heard inside every room in that block.

This property is close to everything, especially the beach and the shops. It has plenty of parking and spacious studio rooms. Our bed had plenty of room for two people. We enjoyed the quality of the bedding and pillow. The bathroom has plenty of space and good quality soaps, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Staff and service is 10/10. They were helpful and accommodating my special request. The staff is friendly from the start to the end. It made my visit much more accessible, especially since I had a toddler. I highly recommend staying at Quest Frankston! Thank you for everything

A minor thing: a few spots the cleaned missed out on cleaning from the kitchen and a few cups. Overall, we were happy with everything.

Reception was amazing. Super helpful and offered a upgrade option that I couldn't refuse. Housekeeping was notified about my early check-in and greeted me in the most hospitable way. The heating was on, as was the television. The room was so immaculate and inviting, I was taken aback The amenities were perfect I have stayed in many hotels, apartments etc, and I was elated by the standard of Quest Frankston Thanks very much x

Location was great, Bed was super comfortable, Studio room was large. Great Communication with Staff on duty

2 shower heads in our bathroom, bathtubs enamel has come away from the bathtub and it felt quite icky standing in the bathtub to have a shower. Fridge kept pulling out every time we opened it. We had a Studio room which had a door between us and the neighbours who were super noisy. A construction site next door very noisy in the morning. Room cleaning they don't make your bed, they just put the top Donna over and underneath is how you left it when you got out of bed. No soft lighting in the room

Lovely & clean warm , & a comfy bed had everything we needed for our 4 day stay would definitely come back next time we are down in Melbourne close to everything

It was all good glad I we were changed to a ground floor apartment my knee wouldn’t have handled the 35 stairs on top floor over the 4 days

Short walk to main shopping centre and beach, outdoor area was lovely and fenced off also close to a playground behind property. Comfortable king size bed

Couldn’t have balcony door or blinds open for nice breeze as foot traffic can see directly into main area, no real privacy being on ground floor

Fantastic facilities. I was able to cook my meals when I wanted and had access to all kitchen items Close to everything. I was able to drive to the training venue and other places around Frankston easily

The mattress was too firm for me Spoke with Sarah when I checked out. She has changed my upcoming room booking to an apartment that has a different mattress

Room was nice, good facilities and handy location.

Potentially pretty noisy and not suitable if you have any mobility issues as there were steps everywhere. Motel wasn't full when I stayed but would be very noisy if it was. Perhaps stickers on the block entrance doors reminding people to enter quietly would be good.

Excellent apartment style hotel room with balcony view of the park. Excellent location close to bayside shopping centre with plenty of restaurant and pub options nearby. The beach is also a short walk away. Will definitely be revisiting in the future.

The size of the lounge, rooms and kitchen.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Balcony was also a huge plus! Didn't hear any road noise or even other people in apartments next to us. Carparking was semi undercover which was great too!

Bed was a little on the softer side but that's pretty usual for me as I love a very firm mattress but there kids said they were perfect for them!
