This accommodation was very clean, good location. Quiet place. Good firm Queen Mattress. Shower is excellent. Decent sized fridge not a minibar. Ceiling fans, airconditioning, comfy couch. Plenty of street parking available. A 2 burner stove, with some pots/pans incase you wanted to cook. Cutlery/crocker/glassware all clean. A microwave/griller oven aswell. Big TV too. Nice little decking with a couple of chairs, small table n a sun lounger, sliding door to get outside with a mesh door to let air in. Katrina, the owner, was very helpful. Thank you

The host Katrina is approachable and accommodating. Bed is soooooo comfotable and relaxing. Clean room. Location is great since it's just a few meters away from the shops and stores. Quiet location so you can really relax after your busy day. Great value for money. I would absolutely come back!

I smelled cigarette smoke in the balcony, not sure where it came from, maybe from the neighbor. I don't smoke so I'm kinda sensitive to that smell.

The accommodation was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a charming Balinese vibe. I especially loved starting my mornings with a coffee in the beautiful garden. It’s centrally located and equipped with all the amenities you could need. Katrina, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Comfortable and close to the beach

Advertises for a spa but doesn’t have it, people that ran the place lived in the front house and I found them quiet abrupt when looking for the Spa that was advertised that was apparently only for the top bedroom they had but not down stairs, stated they just printed same one for both room, quiet lazy in my eyes. More signage too would benefit if you don’t want customers in your back yard when looking for something that isn’t actually present.

By The Seaside ( truely an apartment-like propertie) had lovely amenities, and the decor was absolutely fabulous! 💯 The host gave excellent and easy to understand instructions. 💯 I was able to order in and cook there . 💯 And the Privacy afforded me during my stay was greatly appreciated 🙂 💯

The room was very cosy and had a cute little garden outside. It was very clean and very close to the Main Street and shops.

My friend I travelled with is a tea drinker and although there was a range of herbal teas she just wanted a Lipton tea, so maybe add some Lipton tea to your collection.

The bed is comfortable and while it is small it is tastefully decorated with good quality furnished. I like the touch of modern fireplace, flatscreen TV and a little lush green deck offering much needed privacy to have a quiet cup of tea in the morning! Fantastic host :)

Very quiet location. Well equipped room and kitchen

No storage to unpack suitcase as in no drawers, was a cupboard for hanging . Initial hiccup with room not ready and very dirty, but rectified by owner and offered a discount for inconvenience

Katrina's place is just wonderful! It was really easy to get in, the instructions were clear, the room is lightfilled and generouse, with a lovely balcony with ocean views. An excellent place for breakfast.

Excellent location, 15-20minutes walk to Mornington. Super comfortable bed. Great views over the bay. Quiet street.

Only two little things...The bathroom fan was really noisy, and wardrobe doors were difficult to open due to the carpet.
