The very pretty slat windows let in light in the morning so bring your sleep mask if you prefer total darkness. They have those tiny coffee mugs so bring a big mug if you like a big coffee, also it's only nescafe (we bought our own coffee bags). Totally minor things!

Tony was the manager when we checked in - he seemed to be doing a lot of things, but was very friendly. He gave me the option of charging my electric car at an external power point in the car park - at no cost. The breakfast (granola, yoghurt, fresh fruit) was very generous and tasty. The evening meal was also well presented and tasty.

There could be a lot more trees, shrubs, gardens around the buildings - it all looked rather barren, albeit with lawns.

Our room was recently refurbished so was clean and the furniture smart. The motel is on a large site so felt open and spacious and the rooms set back from the road. It's is handy to have restaurant facilities on site. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The description said our room had a sea view which was true if you stood up on the balcony but not if sitting down, which was disappointing The sofa is a Chesterfield type so not a full back which could be more comfortable for two people but we stacked up cushions for the person leaning against the wall.

Everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and tidy with everything we needed. The restaurant onsite was convenient for the first nights dinner and the pool area looked very inviting when we arrived on a hot afternoon. The location was great, close to HMAS Cerberus which we needed and quiet enough to enjoy being in your room after a busy day in Melbourne.

If I was being really picky, maybe a separate sink to wash my dishes.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows the most! We appreciate the thought of having kitchen amenities in the room. The room is clean. Staff are lovely. The restaurant food is good, staff there was accommodating. The location is very accessible to shops and walking trails. Easy check in and out system. :D

I could not really fault any, except for the minor - the quality of the towel rail was not that great.

The family suite is spacious, immaculately clean, has very comfortable beds & well equipped. The pool is big and clean with a huge outdoor area for socializing. Parking is perfect; right outside your door. Function room with excellent service and really good food. The hosts were exceptionally friendly & accommodating. Property is a 5 minute drive to absolutely everything you need.

I loved how welcoming it was. The beds were super comfy and everything was easily accessible. Having room service and a restaurant on site was wonderful as I had my baby with me it meant I didn't have to worry about food, I just got to enjoy a healthy yummy meal on site

There is some wild ducks that like the pool area and the kids and I didn't enjoy their messes.

the place is well maintained and above anyother other place we have stayed The staff were very warm and inviting and went out of there way to accommodate us

the only problem we had was the ducks in the swimming pool, and even though the ducks were cute and yes, we got pictures of them, the poo they left in the water not only looked disgusting but i feel it was a health hazard

Fantastic area, amazing owner and friendly atmosphere. positive staff and an overall good way to run a business. Facility is well maintained, clean and renovated. Comfortable rooms! The baby loved the bed and slept as she would at home Will come back if in the general area, that's how good it is. This is a fine example of how businesses should be run. Well done to Phil and the team.

room had nice amount of space, good parking, near to shops and train station, quite neighborhood. room had everything i needed in it. nice and warm on a cold night

everything was really good, one small thing was room service came at 9am on a Saturday morning, so became an accept a new towel and room not serviced because i wasn't ready to head out and about.
