It was easy to find, and we arrived later in the day, but contact with reception over the phone was fine. Keys to the room were in a locked box. The room was bright and spacious. It felt very welcoming. We came on a cold night but the heating unit was great and warmed up well. Having Netflix was a bonus and we watched a movie or two. The kitchen was clean and bright and had all we needed. Large mugs for coffee were really appreciated, as sometimes hotels have very small cups. Beds were comfy, some pillows were nice. There were a couple of pillows that might need updating, they were flimsy and not padded at all. It was a quiet street in a lovely part of Cowes. Just a few doors away was the beach, so we had a lovely walk in the morning, through a cute little bush track. We did not try the café, but it looked good with very good prices. We thought it was very good value for money and would love to stay there again.

Only the tiny matter of a few pillows that were very thin.

Fantastic location, a beautiful 20 minute stroll on the beach to Cowes main street. Also have a beautiful beach right around the corner. There is a great café on site with good coffee and a good selection of sandwiches and baked treats and very good prices. The room was super spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfy! Sari from reception was so lovely and accommodating, running the spa for us late at night incase we wanted to use it. Would definitely come back here next time we’re in Phillip Island.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, well kept, picturesque gardens with the jacuzzi as a surprise bonus.(Let them know in advance and they'll bring it up to the right temperature for you). The nifty cafe is perfect with exceptional customer service (despite the brekky rush), huge servings and reasonable pricing. The owners came across as prompt, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Will surely return on my next trip to Phillip Island.

This is lovely holiday accommodation, very clean, bright, with all the amenities you will need. The owner was friendly and helpful, really enjoyed our coffee and cake in the sunshine from the little cafe at the facility also. Loved the little courtyard, gardens and theres a pool also. The location while a 20 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip was ideal as a short walk down a tree lined court gave access to a lovely quiet beach. Ideal for relaxing and taking time out. We felt refreshed and relaxed after our lovely break. I highly recommend this affordable accommodation. Thankyou.

A small issue was the couch was not the most comfortable, but it was ok for our short stay.

Great place for a night to watch the penguins but could easily have stayed longer. Our rooms had everything you could need for a longer stay. Nice to have coffee shop downstairs although it closed quite early - as all cafes in Australia seem to! Pool was good fun and kids loved the hot tub once it had warmed up (45 mins). Comfortable beds and good nights sleep.

Wish we had rooms next to each other for our grandchildren. But otherwise, nothing

Spacious clean room, with a very comfortable bed and adequate facilities for self catering. 2kms. from centre, but very close to a nice, safe beach.

Noise from guests upstairs was disturbing due to poor insulation in ceiling. A coffee table in the living area would have been helpful. Similarly, no table in the outdoor seating area, although the other three downstairs apartments did have one, .

Cleanliness was great! Lots of room and nice linen and furnishings, well equipped. Staff were lovely and attentive and nothing was too much to ask.

I think a washer/dryer in each room and a clothesline would be ideal as when you’re staying more than a couple of days you need it.

Great location and good price for a family, and 3 bedrooms. House was clean, and plenty of extra blankets and kitchen appliances/utensils was great. House was very spacious and bathroom also.

Furniture very outdated, one lamp in bedroom broken. Only one and a half toilet rolls for 4 adults for 3 nights, and to supply our own after that was a bit disappointing for price you poay.

Great location, short drive to town centre and attractions weren’t too far. Little setting to sit outside. There’s what looks like a great pool and hot tub (unfortunately didn’t have time to use) Fantastic manager, friendly and great with kids and very helpful. Amazing little cafe on site. Private and comfortable

Shower pressure not great but useable and probably needed warming bedding but the heater worked great so we managed just fine

Apartment has all that you need for a relaxing holiday. Great location very close to a safe beach. Also easy to walk along the beach into Cowes for shopping, meals, etc. Often seals around the pier.

Could have a bigger dining table as well as an outdoor table. A small vegetable knife would be great.
