Great location overlooking the beach and just off the Main Street. We choose to be on level 3. Comfortable beds and the restaurant, bar and kids areas are great!

Stairs. There are no lifts that we could see however we were told by staff in advance and we opted for top level so we could enjoy the views and seeing as we are young and fit. We did notice others who struggled with the stairs due to their older age, health, size, luggage or those with younger children. The bathrooms is quite small for anyone bigger or taller. The property does need renovations however it was still great value for money. The shower curtains will pool.

The unit was very simple and relatively small, with two rooms and a bathroom, just perfect for a family of four and grandma. Our kids were fighting for the upper bunk bed, eventually we had to interfere and sort it out. The room was clean and the beds comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect, on the beach, and one block from the main street. It's also handy to have a restaurant on site with great food. Overall we were very happy and will be back.

Unfortunately the kids play room didn't work during our stay which was disappointing. Apart from that nothing to complain about.

Location location location.... An amazing spot with views that go on forever. The room was large, with a balcony to enjoy the views. Staff were helpful, after being booked into the third floor but the room was not ready. No lift, so a staff member assisted with carrying one of our bags to the second floor, after making the trek to the top floor. The room was quite with only a small amount of street lighting intruding around the blinds.

No lift and a bit of miscommunication meant bags were carried unnecessary up three flights of stairs. The shower is over the bath and there are no grip rails to assist entering or exiting. The shower curtain rod was rusty and the bathroom showed signs of age.

Great location in town, our unit was located just behind main building, on the end of a row which was ideal for me travelling with my children, gave easy fuss free access to our room and parking area. Lots of parking. Great size room, comfy beds and a lounge. Chairs and table with umbrella outside plus outside bins. Bistro onsite with indoor children's playground. Right on the beach. Everything we needed for a family of 5 to rest and recoup for a couple of days. Definitely stay again!

Bistro prices too much for families & portions small. Indoor children's playground is upstairs out of view of Bistro, it was also closed while we were there and the Bistro staff member quite rudely laughed at my children when they were dissapointed the playroom wasn't available.

No I didn’t have breakfast, BUT I did have dinner last night and my compliments to the chef, my lamb shank was awesome, my son Had steak and 100% perfect. Situation of my room absolutely perfect, I highly recommend your establishment.

There was nothing I didn’t like, from arriving, reception gentleman was so helpful, polite and a happy soul, staff and meals at dinner awesome, the room very welcoming. Communication from the hotel 110%.

I had no clue there was breakfast but my dinner was banging the location was good but if could turn down the wind that would be ideal.

great location. walking distance to everything. Bed was comfortable with great space. Loved that there was a fan in the room, due to the room not having airconditioning.

I wiFi was not great. was a black hole of service in the room. Housekeeping on the (on my second last day of the) clearly just chucked the towels on the bed. Didn't remake the bed either. But the others days, housekeeping was great.

In regards of what did I like. It wasn't what I liked it was what I loved the most. On the Friday of my arrival. What are the girls at the front desk was very very good at her job. Very inviting and gave me a lot of assistance in regards of finding more information on the penguin parade. And I fully recommend more people to go On most certainly will be coming back one day.

The noisy girls and boys having a cigarette when we're trying to sleep other than that was fine from the pub.

Room was great for the size of our family, quieter than expected which was a nice surprise. Could do with a few more cups/bowls maybe a microwave for sorting baby bottles. But a great spot for a few days away

In the actual hotel the ordering system is ridiculous. If youre a single parent you have to leave your kids alone to order food or drinks. COst per night was a little high IMO

The room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and perfect! We loved the comfortable beds and pillows We loved the view We loved the relaxing pool We loved how close it was to the awesome bar and restaurant We loved how close it was to walk to the Pier and watch the sunset

The only thing i would say here is the glass cube wall to the bathroom was a little strange. And a microwave would have been ideal.
