Clean and spacious two bedroom apartment for my family of 3. Location is absolutely bang on, everything is in walking distance including the beach and you have your choice of supermarkets a 2 min walk down the road to stock up on supplies. Reception was super friendly and helpful, they reassured me there were a couple spare open parking spots on the property for our additional car despite only having the one allocated undercover spot, so we didn’t have to park it on the street each day.
Some windows are prevented from being closed entirely but they have fly screens and it’s dead quiet at night so it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t bother us.

Location of this property was great. We thought that being in the front apartment and on the main road might present some noise issues, but this was definitely not the case. Located in the heart of Cowes, the apartment was a very comfortable walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants and supermarkets. A secured car park was a bonus. Our apartment could have easily accommodated for a family of four and therefore was very spacious and more than accomodating for 2 people.The apartment was well allocated. Picking up our keys from Phillip Island Apartments, as communicated to us before we arrived, was easy and not an issue at all. Reception staff was genuinely kind and helpful, and ensured we had all our queries answered before we got to the apartment.
The apartment requires some maintenance. The bathroom door did not close entirely shut and needed to be pushed closed. Also, would have loved to have seen a frying pan in the kitchen, as it made cooking breakfast in the morning a little challenging, but not impossible.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment, everything was great, spacious, comfortable and it was a quiet area. Perfect place and location from all the shops, all within walking distance, and all the places we visited were only few minutes away! Would definitely be returning in the future :)
The only thing was that the fridge door seal was a bit faulty at the top so it would always open on its own.

The apartment at Thompsons is situated at a great location . Coles,Woolworths etc are nearby and also in close proximity to Coves beach. The room was clean and tidy. Please note no lifts and will have to carry luggage through stairs.
Had some trouble locating where to collect keys from. Had to drive to another location 5 mins away to pick up keys and had trouble locating the entrance of this property. No lifts and had to carry luggage all the way to the top floor Parking was troublesome as the slot given to me was wedged in between wall and a pillar

The reception Lynn was attentive and friendly, kudos for her great service. Great location and close by with all the amenities you need.
Low water pressure, and the aircon/heater in the living room worked intermittently. Some of the features aging and need upgrading.

The location is excellent. The apartment was centrally located in Cowes, and a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and the foreshore. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed every aspect of the apartment and its location.

Great location on the main street of Cowes but not noisy. The apartment is well set up and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a short stay.
The cental location is great but means the view is of the local shops and car workshop. A bit noisy early one morning as large bins were emptied but otherwise quite peaceful.

Fantastic location in the middle of Cowes. The apartment was huge! The beds & couch were SO comfortable. The shower pressure was brilliant!! Two off street secured car parks as well! Highly recommended! We will definitely return next time we visit Phillip Island.

A spacious apartment with excellent kitchen facilities. Within walking distance of the pier at Cowes.
Entering and exiting the property had the added challenge of seeing past the historic cypress trees

the location was convenient and i liked that they had specific parking for each room too. the apartment was tidy, and a large space for a cheap price.
i just wish they provided some laundry detergent and maybe cleaned the windows too.
