I found the room was well set up and had good space. The bed was comfortable and the electric blanket works. Tv and Wifi available were fine. Fridge was working and the tea and coffee and biscuits were freely available. The bathroom is clean but old. The best thing about the whole stay was the helpful service provided with a smile!

- the door didn’t want to close without making a huge noise. The shower wasted a lot of water before it went hot. The toilet was fine but the paper is behind just propped on the cistern - plenty of spots available to attach a dispenser.

Price was affordable , very clean , cutlery and crockery supplied plus iron and ironing board , everything we needed . Bed was comfortable . Table and chairs ..will defiantly stay there again

So much water was wasted waiting for hot water to come thru !

The clearness motel I had stay in for a long time . Close to shops , very quiet, not on mayor road, staff very helpful if needed anything

Clean fresh linen, with an extra blanket, and an electric blanket. Good heater. Plates, bowls, knives, forks, big spoons as well as teaspoons for coffee & tea. Toaster jug & microwave.

Toaster not working properly, as it needed to be held down/ advised manager at check out & he said he will replace it.

So clean and in a quiet location. The beds are always so comfortable here. It’s a little outdated but has what we need. Love staying here as it’s a short walk to the shops. They use blankets as not many motels do this anymore.

Property is just off main road close to shops & few minutes drive from cowes. Staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. Room had everything you would need with plenty of space. Small playground for kids.

Microwave and dishes etc to be able to use it. Decent size room with good chairs and table.

Needed another blanket on bed as was cold. Found out in morning that electric blanket switch was turned off.

Great location for us, San Remo bars and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet location Parking outside your room

Free Wifi diddnt work (perhaps we were too far away from the modem) Windows could have done with a clean to get rid of the mould

Its a nice little comfy room. Its not as big but it suits my expectation for a decent price. Room was clean.

Hot water takes awhile to warm up. But they do leave a note on the wall telling customers that if using hot water it takes awhile to heat up.

The hot water needs work: has to be run for at least 5 minutes to get the hot water flowing and this area is under permanent water restrictions.
