The location was great being between the bottle shop at the pub. Pub was terrific - really good service and nice food. The room looked pretty ordinary from the outside but we got a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. It was quite big with sleeping for 4. Basic decor but freshly painted. Bathroom was recently renovated and was big and fresh. Double bed was good and lots of pillows. TV and AC were good too. We appreciated that the AC was on when we arrived as it was a very hot day. Plenty of parking opposite room for the other car in our group.

Only major issue for me was that there were no insect screen on windows. We had to leave windows shut and run AC all night, which is not as nice as having fresh air during the night. I would suggest the window near the back door be fitted with an insect screen. A blind on that window would also be good as the sun lit up the room through that window from the crack of dawn.

Great location and don’t be put off from what it looks like from outside. Spotlessly clean inside and the bathroom is massive and beautifully fitted out. Friendly and helpful staff in adjacent shop where you check in.

No wi fi available which is very unusual these days. Also a bit noisy from people returning from the nearby pub although we were staying on a Saturday so to be expected.

Excellent location in Main Street in San Remo it’s a hotel motel the rooms are large but a bit dated reception is at the bottle shop lots of restaurants in the Main Street and 5 minutes walk to the beach or pier. The shower was great had Huge amount of pressure.

Looking a little tired and you need to slam door to shut the door but apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean, great location & nice pub food. The staff are friendly. The motel is at the back of the pub, next to the car park thus people passing by. If only ladies you might feel dangerous. I was there with family so I am fine. Cannot hear anything from next door - excellent! Better than most of the hotels.

Feel a bit insecure as there is another door at the back of the house and a big mirror hanging there. Feels like someone will come in anytime... and someone stares at you behind the mirror.. u know.. the beginning of a horror movie

Great location. Don't let the exterior put you off. The rooms are huge and have been updated. Very clean and comfortable. The food at the pub bistro was lovely, and once back in the room, we couldn't hear any pub noise at all.

Being so big, the room was quite cold when we first entered. We needed to keep the small split system on all night. Minimal bedding, but the electric blankets are handy for colder nights.

The Room was really good. My Wife couldn't believe how good the room was for the price we paid for. It's so close to the shops and the playground was so close. And you can just walk to the Beach to take the kids for a dip. Love it!

Not really a problem. But to settle in at night the kids like watching youtube. The TV couldn't connect to the Internet. And I know it's freeWiFi but it was very Weak signal.

The location its spacious its clean the price is good value

The only thing missing is wifi … The trucks come past every morning to pick up bottles and rubbish from 6am its way too noisy making it hard to sleep… its not the properties fault

Recently renovated . Large , clean . Comfy bed . Plenty of tea and coffee , good split system heater Was warm . Walk to everything

Took a while to figure had to hold start button forces to turn on. Clock radio alarm went off middle night

The motel was excellent and comfy, and clean, and cleaned daily. We had some meals at the hotel also which were excellent. The only thing wrong was that we were not there long enough I have already mentioned the motel/hotel to friends and family Phillip island was great also. Once again thankyou for the hospitality from you and your staff..

This Is a fantastic hotel motel combination. Have stayed here previously and still have a very high opinion of it. Fantastic meals and service and very clean and fresh rooms. A credit to the brilliant staff and management.

If there was one compliant, it would be the bed may need refurbishing soon.
