Cabin had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Comfortable bed, kitchen with lots of crockery if you wanted to cook. Small living room/ kitchen area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communal toilet block was close by and really clean (better than expected for a caravan park). It was really quiet staying here midweek in late jan. The staff were helpful. The location is not in the main town on Phillip island but close enough to drive

It was better than just being one room like most hotels. It was nice it had a mini living room with a tv and then the bedroom was separate and also had a tv and they also had another mini sitting area that was seperate and of course the bathroom. It had everything we needed.

They didn't put blinds on some of the windows.

Location

Everything is fine but the room wasnt ready by 2pm and we had to wait till almost 3 in the car. The staff didnt text us that the room is ready until my partner went back to reception and check. We had the same experience with other Big4 in different location too when we couldn’t get in the room till 3 or 4pm. Otherwise we had no other issues with big 4.

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy self check-in with good prior communication with possibility to park nearby the cabin. The cabin was comfortable and it had everything we needed, including to prepare our own meals. There is an entrance from the camping to a beach. It is a short ride from there to the biggest attractions of the island.

We only stayed in the cabin as we were there for the MotoGP. Did not use facilities onsite but cabin was clean and tidy. We were two couples. Enough room. We ate out for the four nights we were on the island and food was great. Pinos in cowes, the fish shop beside wooli pub a nice surprise. Lots of great places to eat and friendly staff.

Stayed in a premium villa which exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and super comfortable, all set within a great location close to amenities and easy drive to attractions. Family friendly with plenty of fun to be had within the park or exploring the beach. A very enjoyable stay, we look forward to returning.

Kids made friends and we felt safe for them to run around by themselves at night We liked how it was across from the beach aswell

Clean, comfortable, tidy, close to water, friendly staff, felt safe and secure. New block out blinds on all cabin windows, well priced accommodation. A lot to see on Phillip Island. Good range of shops.

Location is good, next to main road but isolated from the noise- San Remo offers plenty of food options. We liked the Spicy Duck. Beds were firm and the main bedroom cramped with no bedside tables, also limited power points in living area so bring a power board. Broadband was fast and flexible- around 89 mbs. But Telstra mobile reception is limited so communicate via broadband. Staff were friendly.

Comfy beds enough room for 7 in the 3 b/room villa ..beach access right across from our villa .the local animals ,ducks and rabbits were a hit with the kids

The game room closed early cos staff went home at 5 on sat
