Close to beach,restaurants,supermarkets and bars. Lift from carpark so easy access to carry bags etc to your level. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Big balcony. Apartment very spacious with kitchen and big fridge. Washing machine/Dryer.

Air con was leaking and only cool the lounge area. One chair broken before we got there. Fan not working in bathroom. Leaking kettle.

The staff at Phillip Island Towers were extremely pleasant and accommodating. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group after we had to change plans at the last moment. An important item was left behind, but the housekeeping team promptly informed reception, who contacted the group, and return the item.

Large apartment, separate shower and bathrooms . It was very clean , clean towels and well kept . Friendly and helpful staff who were welcoming .

The dryer was very old and we didn’t dare to use it . It was a bit cold so we had to borrow portable heaters which worked well but were rather noisy to use.

- Very convenient and close to the Big 3 supermarkets. - Nice and clean. Tableware and kitchenware are available. (Better to have an instruction of how to use the induction cooker) - Turned on the heater early and give you a comfortable place

The washing machine was a little bit noisy.

Close proximity to local town

Was missing a pillow case and only a double in main. A tricky lock to lock entry door. Also extra blankets for warmth as split system only in main living area. A little strange with having two bathrooms and only one toilet in two bedroom apartment.

Everything. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable. Location was great for shops and restaurants. Everyone in our party loved the accommodation.

Only one toilet to service up to six people.

The location is very convenient. The amenities are great, including indoor parking, elevator access, washing machine, kitchenware and comfortable furniture.

The air conditioning had a flashing indicator and was not cold.

Pool was on the other side of the road. Not near our apartment. The blanket to snuggle in on the sofa was huge …. But it smelt dusty and activated my hayfever

The apartment was spacious and clean, the water flow was strong which was especially nice for shower, and we really appreciate the ceiling heater in the bathroom which makes it warm and cozy in colder weather.

Would prefer the blinders to be a bit darker or use of blackout as it gets quite bright in the early morning.

The apartment was roomy, clean & comfortable in a superb location. We picked up the keys with ease & the host was very friendly & helpful.
