Amazing welcome, in arrival we were given a couple of coronas bc we had travelled all day and the kind reception gentlemen went out of his way to settle us in with a cool drink and helpful information about our room and the weekend community activities around Mornington. Such a welcomed change from other places we have stayed. Thank you so much for ur kindness and the lovely room it smelt beautiful and clean. Just a lovely place highly recommend.

Nothing it was an excellent stay and facilities

Friendly reception, handy location if you have a car to get around, good price for the area. Met our needs for a one night stay. Spa was great! Upstairs room meant no noise from neighbouring rooms. Smart TV.

Property is a bit dated, very loud road noise in the room, my partner found the bed too hard, nothing within walking distance which was ok for us as we had a car.

This motel was ideal for our stay. My boyfriend and I had a wedding on the Saturday and this was a perfect place to stay. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable! Exactly what we needed, Ubers are also easily ordered, and it is a short drive to the restaurants near the seafront! I recommend the Dubliner pub to any future guests, we love it there! Would love to stay again!

I liked the location, the country vibe with lots of small gardens around the property. The pool was refreshingly cold on a hot Summer's day.The Owner was welcoming. The room was clean, there were ample supplies,fresh towels, and the shower was good.

I didn't like , the wobbly table in our room, the tap in the bathroom needed fixing, also there was a blood stain, on the top sheet.

Excellent reception staff. excellent location, for us close to the beach shops cafes beautiful trees, you can hear the birds, beautiful garden. Excellent value for $. it is not 5 stars it is 3 1/2 stars with very obliging staff.

BEDS you feel the springs, they need replacing sink is out of proportion too large for the space. it is with new management. whom are aware of it. Norwood House is going to be renovated. Cleaners ok, but could wipe the marks off the walls.

Interesting bathroom concept - toilet was on one side of the room, shower & basin on the other side behind a curtain with 2 single beds in between! The single bed closest to the shower was the most comfortable, so my daughter had the best bed!

At the time of our stay, they were renovating one of the reception rooms, hopefully they move onto the rooms next - definitely not the worst place we've stayed at but the rooms were a bit 'tired' & once they have a brand spanking new reception room, they should renovate the rooms to bring them up to speed! I still can't get over the bathroom concept, only because I've never seen it before! For those that were wondering, unlike the 'shower room' the toilet does have a proper door!

We were happy with our stay at Norwood House. Unfortunately we were only there for one night but it's definitely somewhere we would stay again next time around. The shower in our room was amazing and the hotel manager was very very friendly and great to talk to. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The room was really comfortable- bed great with lots of gorgeous pillows and crisp linen. Clean modern bathroom with great water pressure! Cute older style pool was clean and we took a glass of wine, dangled our feet and had a swim. Delightful manager on for a chat. We had a delicious breakfast brought to our room in the morning.

The grounds at the rear of the property are slightly “in transition scruffy“but didn’t take away from the charm.

Clean place and very conveniently located. The owner was extremely helpful and was available to help us to make our stay comfortable.

The guy at reception was lovely & accommodating. The rooms were neat & tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. All over, the experience was pleasant. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in the room were a lovely bonus.

Everything was great! Bathroom was tight, but it was only a small space to work with.
