Excellent location with just a short 10-15 minute stroll to the beach and the main street shops and cafes. The hotel complex was nicely laid out and in a fairly quiet area back from the road. We didn't use any of the complex facilities so can't comment on them but our hotel room had everything we needed. The kitchen was minimally stocked with crockery and cutlery, plus a microwave, kettle and toaster. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We arrived after check in and the pleasant person I spoke to over the phone gave clear instructions and sent an email about how to access our key. All worked very smoothly.

I recently stayed at Brooklands of Mornington and booked 4 rooms (3 family rooms and 1 king single) for my family. We were absolutely impressed! The rooms were amazing—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and comfortable. Everyone in my family agreed this is the best place we've stayed at so far. The pool was the cherry on top, and while we wished it stayed open past 8 PM, it didn’t dampen our experience at all. Parking was convenient, with enough space for all our cars, and the double access to our rooms was a fantastic feature—no need to walk around to reach the cars. The outdoor area was another highlight, especially at night when the soft lighting created such a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Brooklands of Mornington exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Very quiet area, nice stuff, near to the bus stop, big room, clean! I loved that there were little milks for coffee in the fridge, also enough instant coffee packages and tea (which i did not use, as a coffee person). Every day they gave me lots of clean towels. There was toaster, water heater, fridge in the room. And I liked, that I got an hour earlier chek-in.

A bit far from the main street, but that was ok, 800 m from beach etc. Also the room was very dark, but this was also no problem. if you wanted the sun, you stepped out. For sleeping the darkness was really nice.

Great communication with staff. Were able to change check in to after hours on the day due to running late. So easy to understand after hours instructions and were lovely over the phone. After check out we had realised we left a baby blanket behind! Rang up again and they organised for them to send it back to us no problem. I just paid for the return postage. During this they were again very polite and understanding! Room was great! Would stay again

The room was the perfect size, it had plenty of room and was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect and not to far away from where we were going.

The only thing my friend and I didn't like was the shower and how to water ran all of the bathroom floor as the shower wasn't enclosed. We had to use the towels, face washers and hand towels to soak up the water and had to contact reception for extra towels as we went through them quickly because of the water situation. We both also nearly slipped a few times because of this. Highly suggest getting the showers fixed to prevent possible injuries.

Brooklands is located within easy walking distance to Mornington Main Street & seafront. There is a Woolworths just down the road. Our studio room was & bathroom were spacious with a small kitchen, the bed was very exceptionally with clean fresh white bedding & 2 comfy pillows. It was also clean & well presented. Ample parking. The pool & jacuzzi were great with plenty of towels & lounges. Staff were super friendly & informative with maps of the local area. Highly recommend this accommodation & will definitely be staying again.

Loved everything.

Very comfortable and clean room which was well maintained. Good spacious and comfortable bed and also some good chairs as an alternative to sit on. Plenty of hangers and closet space. A little kitchenette area if you wished to microwave something or just have a cup of tea. Good split system that was on with a warm room on entry was a nice touch. Plenty of maps and support from staff around local facilities.

I was happy with the accomodation, but if I had to pick one thing I'd say the shower was clean and fine, but with a small shower head and older style was more perfunctory than enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

The peaceful setting of the apartment. Lovely, quiet courtyard facing the creek. Really nice to sit outside and have a coffee listening to birdsong in the morning. The room was very comfortable with lots of room for 3 of us with a toddler. It had an extra single bed which was wonderful. It was a very clean space. Good heating, excellent house keeping service - very efficient in changing bedsheets upon request D our toddler was sick overnight.

We put the beds together but the wheels on the bed have no break so it kept slipping apart. Would have been good to have bathtub in bathroom or slightly bigger shower to accomodate toddler but it wasn’t a problem

Good location for us. Quiet and functional. Good size room. Great pool facility. Effective AirCon. Staff very helpful. Good shower and large bed. New towels/toiletries offered each day.

Outside sitting area very dirty/mucky including cigarette butts. Kitchen area was functional but basic... could do with chopping board, sharp knife, larger fridge (existing one also has broken shelf in door).

Studio apartment was booked that had an extra large bed that was so comfy and more importantly the curtains closed, hence having a pitch black room to sleep.... Upon arrival the staff were so friendly and helpful - top marks in my book!!

Had to walk up two flight of stairs to get to apartment. They also had a lift, but was not conveniently placed at the end of the our apartment. No big drama.
