The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The shower was exceptional — powerful and refreshing. I loved the high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided. The room’s decor had a fresh, modern vibe, and the charging ports conveniently located by the bed were a thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic stay

There was noticeable noise from the hallway and nearby rooms, which made it difficult to fully relax. The shower area had no lighting, making it feel quite dim. Additionally, one of the hand towels provided was dirty, and room service had ended, which was disappointing.

Location was excellent for us. Our room was perfect, comfy and spacious for our 7night stay. Plenty of toiletries and other wee extras were much appreciated. Handy power outlets with usb ports by the bedsides was super handy. Being able to make espresso based coffee and other hot drinks in the lobby and take them to our room was so awesome, especially retuning after a long day out. The close proximity to the restaurant next door and the shopping centre over the road was an added bonus. There was an overnight storm and we woke to a power outage which affected many suburbs, the staff were friendly and helpful with info as well as giving us complimentary breakfast packs which was really kind. It would have been a very stressful morning for them but they were calm friendly and professional.

I loved how you didn’t have to go to far to get to your room. Especially after a tiring day. I also enjoyed that we had free wifi and streaming services. The shower was lovely and being able to open the windows helped a lot when it got hot.

Not being able to change the temperature of the room. As even in winter we had to keep the window open so it wouldn’t get to hot and sleeping under the covers made it very hot for us uncomfortably so. And one more chair in the room would have been nice as well, just because if I or my partner ate at the same time one of us would either have to eat on the bed or stand. Not a big issue but didn’t want to get the bed dirty.

The location may not be suitable for all people, but it was PERFECT for me. I was travelling for work and found this space - only 15mins drive from where I was working. The amenities of the actual hotel plus having the restaurant right next door PLUS multiple restaurants/takeaways PLUS a supermarket across the road. Perfect. Noting (at least in my room) there was no microwave but there was a small fridge. Would definitely recommend if needing accommodation in the area! Staff were excellent too!

There was nothing I didn't like. I didn't use the gym although it looked good from the outside. Nothing to fault in my stay.

Much needed after travelling 3000kms from Kalgoorlie Western Australia to Melbourne , was lovely to be home even it was a little stay, still enjoyed every day night here. Enjoyed the cooler weather and the last morning woke up tp Melbourne crying for me hahahahah, till next time Melbourne stay amazing stay shining 🧡✨️

It was so clean, who ever is on duty for the cleaning are doing exceptional job .big shout out to them for amazing work. Queen beds were comfy and loved the fact the TV is a smart TV so my kids didn't have to be bored.

I guess some guests were noisy late night or early (12-3am) coming from outside from back door and they were slamming it shut not considering other people were sleeping. I don't know how hotel could manage that better as some people just don't have that common sense..

Beautiful room, exceptionally clean. Bed beyond comfortable. The person who helped check me in was friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt, and the food was great.

You can't control the temperature of your room. When I arrived, my room felt stuffy and hot, I tried to change the temperature with the wall control only to find out it was locked and you're unable to change heating/cooling, windows only open a few inches so no help there. It resulted in a terrible sleep as my room was too hot. I'd stay again during winter.

Great location with a great pub next door. Comfortable beds, shower was excellent. Very clean and spacious.

The rooms got quite hot. The a/c is set to 19 degrees and you can’t change it, so got quite stuffy. It’s only 2 stories, so if anyone is partying downstairs you can hear them. Noise kept going until after midnight. Also we got there at 1:35, and were told check in was at 2pm. Would have been nice to be able to check in a touch early. Always a nice gesture. However, would stay here again. Probably not in summer though!

Clean. I could not hear the traffic. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Gym and dining option was convenient. Friendly door staff. The room looked out to a courtyard. Low velocity HVAC, didn’t dry my eyes. Shower space, rose, and water pressure. Smart TV allowed me to watch the Olympic qualifier. Complementary water so I didn’t have to use the bathroom sink.

The parking was not secure over night, I didn’t have any issue. The travel shower gel and shampoo creates a lot of single use plastic. Wall mount dispensers are a more environmental option.

The place was modern and very clean equipped with a 24/7 coffee and tea station at the lobby. There was ample parking space and easy to access with the two different exits and entries. The staff were always helpful and made check-in and check-out easy and fuss-free. Would definitely stay here again, positions us in a great place near enough to the Dandenong Ranges, Phillip Island, Mornington Peninsula and the likes. There's even a buffet breakfast if required across from the lobby for $15 starting at 7 am if you don't want to fuss with finding breakfast or going too far. They also had paid laundry facilities and a small gym in the building. Handy for travellers who haven't been home in a while.
