The staff were very friendly and the hotel felt very clean and modern, luxe almost. We were a large roudy crowd for a kids basketball tournament and the staff were very accomodating to make us feel welcome when we would have been overwhelming to look after. I liked the water station at reception. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but across the road were a bunch of food - sushi, subway, mcdonalds, coffee, gas station. The area was industrial park but good for walking around if you wanted some space and fresh air. Hotel right off freeway but couldn't hear the freeway at all.

I was travelling with a basketball group so when I wanted to invite anyone to my room, I had to go down and get them from the lobby as levels can't get on other levels, if that makes sense. Oh, and an indoor swimming pool would be a bonus.

🏨Always wanted to check this hotel out just down the road. Walking into this hotel we were blown away by the decor and ambience greeted with such a freindly lady Saturday 14th June sorry l forget her full name Hem so lovely she was there on check out also on Sunday.The service here is exceptional. Rooms are very comfy loved the bathroom private. Room lighting amazing. Full length windows great views. Loved the infinity pond near reception. Pity there's no pool. We will be back great value includes buffet breakfast. $$$

I don't like feather pillows to flat.Not sure why there were no wine glasses🍷 in room? Called reception to deliver to room.The doors🤕 arent sound proof if you are unlucky to have people leaving doors to slam its so annoying. I would book a room at the back of the hotel higher floor for quieter freeway noise we were unlucky to hear the hoons 🚘 on the freeway.Hotel took off YouTube casting unfortunately. Due to privacy issues. Thankyou to all the team.

This is an outstanding hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds, quiet and efficient HVAC, first class bathrooms and nice views to boot. There is a perfectly comfortable desk and chair for work if necessary, and all power points have USB C outlets. Check out is 12pm. Breakfast buffet is good, with a good range; not the best, but certainly well above average for a hotel of this size. Parking is easy and free. Wifi is lightning fast.

I was overcharged $100 and am still waiting for the refund a month later... They didn't tell me about the overcharge at the time, and then when I raised at check out they claimed that they already reversed it and it would just go unnoticed. Yet here we are, still waiting.

Superb lighting design throughout. Lovely decor. Staff very helpful. Best bathroom ever found in a hotel. My husband looked forward to each shower! Wonderful bar area and service

No coffee machine in room. No guest laundry Limited supply of soap bars and of coffee/tea/sugar etc. although I’m sure we could have asked for more. Little staff attention during breakfast. Had to retrieve cutlery from a set table. Hash browns were cold.

We stayed there on our last day of the Melbourne holiday and it was close to the circus. We had a very relaxed time and the bar man recommended and made some excellent drinks for us. Food was well priced too. The beds were comfy and rooms were large. Felt lavish.

We were charged the $100 deposit twice and it needed follow up calls. The pizza was dry (but the service was great). I do wish they offered happy hours like Hyatt centric in the city. Our bathroom wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t to the standard of cleanliness I was expecting.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms were larger than expected, clean, new, fresh and room service always made our beds which I loved. Offered a reusable bottle, with water filters on each level for clean fresh drinking water - super handy since I am not a tap water drinker. The breakfast was delicious - would have liked it included in price we paid but we did pay extra and it was nice. Location is a bit random - but quite and was close to the things we needed

The pillows! So soft and I ended up with a very sore back and neck from them. No public transport near this accomodation - the closest bus was a 30 minute walk (which we didn't mind, but keep this in mind)

Very clean comfortable establishment with great staff.

Unfortunately the meal I had was very minimal, ordered the eye fillet with seasonal vegetables. However only came out with one piece of broccolini, was expecting a few more vegetables for the price. I know it’s a little thing but being disappointed with a meal really stays with you as when you travelling away from home you look for good quality wholesome food, this little thing made me chose another accommodation venue the next time I was in the area for work.

The location for us was excellent and easy access via freeway. The staff are outstanding and the accommodation is first class. Wish our stay was longer. We will definitely be back.

There is NOTHING not to like. The building is magnificent, the layout and parking ideal and the gardens are well maintained and developing beautifully. The in-house bar and restaurant with lounge areas is top class and comfortable. The work of the chefs and hospitality staff is excellent .

excellent breaklfast with wonderfull staff - from ordering breakfast to serving to table very prompt. question weasked the head staff person were answer with enthusiasm . Position of the Hotel was great aswe went to a concert at caribbean park .

Nothing we see the motel as value for money considering the buildings facilitys and quality with great staff. Easy to access from a major melbourne highway . Would like to return and spend more time enjoying th facilitys -. breakfast pricing with an excelent product was very good .

The cleanliness was by far the stand out, we have stayed at many higher end hotels and are sometimes disappointed by the cleanliness. The lobby, the elevator and our room look like they were something out of a show room. The staff were amazing and welcoming.

Absolutely nothing, ticked all the boxes for us. Easy parking, easy to get to, clean, welcoming staff and overall a great stay
