The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. I had lots of space and was able to cook myself dinner and breakfast each morning without any hassle. Large refrigerator to stock up on items. Airbus stopped directly outside the door I just walked in and then back on the bus to the airport - so easy! Could get a meal downstairs or the supermarket was just around the corner with other restaurants. Great relaxing view of the ocean.

No space in the bathroom on the bench for toiletries. Outside balcony was like it had been a second thought attached to the building like a piece of steel welded on - didn't feel comfortable sitting out there for long. Couch was a long way back for a small TV, (must be too spoilt from home)

Location was good easy access to parking, nice views

Room could be cleaner, daily room servicing did not make the bed, consisted of just taking my used cup from sink, no replacement of towels, general freshen up, that was it.....that's it!! I stayed 3 nights. Smoking was apparently allowed on the balcony, l had to close my balcony door as l could smell cigarette smoke coming from another room, therefore unable to enjoy the fresh are and view from the balcony itself! I would suggest if it is a non smoking room it should be so, throughout entire property?

A few nights stay with my husband. Simple safe check-in and out. Lovely entrance, Sam at reception was pleasant. Clean room, quiet for even being so close to the night life. Nice sunset views over the water, and beautiful lights up the coast. Large cold fridge. Split systems in both rooms. Blockout blinds on all windows. Balcony with table and chairs. Plenty of mirrors, and plenty of wardrobe space. Lovely mood lighting. Close to everything including the beautiful beach, large shopping complex and many restaurants and cafes. It was lovely to have the room already warm and inviting when we arrived.

The beds were a little soft for us. The heating /cooling needs cleaning.

Room was large with cooking facilities with king sized bed and located right in centre of town so walking distance to eateries and shops

Got charged an extra $4.16 as I used a credit card to pay for the room and wasn't made aware of this extra charge. The lady at check in went through all the charges room, car parking and deposit for damage to room which is returned if room is left in good order but didn't mention the credit card charge. Only noticed it after check out when they emailed the receipt. By law customers need to be made aware of this extra charge.

Room was lovely and big, bed was comfortable, bathroom exceptional great location

On arrival we where told that they where full booked out for our second night and that there was only 1 carpark space for us for one night of our stay, we where very disappointed but they put us on a cancellation list and luckily there was one available for the second night it would of been very inconvenient if we couldnt have a park for our whole stay. The bedroom did not have a fan or a aircon it was only located in the lounge area in our room i think that the lounge area should be the bedroom as we had no ventilation in the bedroom it was quite stuffy and could hear people in the hallway very clearly as the door was at the goot of our bed

Location was good close to everything. Secured parking was essential for me but thought it was a bit expensive. It was great to have the restaurants were downstairs as you didn't have to leave to building.

I didn't like that I was offered to pay $20 extra for an upgrade to have a balcony apartment when i got there the balcony looked over a rusty roof or onto other apartments and the outdoor setting was old and rusty

After waiting in a short queue, I was greeted by Dana (hope I got the name right!) who was so welcoming and friendly. She completed her checkin tasks efficiently and told me we had a lovely room. She was right! Our room was spacious, had a variety of comfy lounge furniture, a dining table and everything we needed in the kitchenette for our stay. It was clean, the bed was comfy and the beautiful bathroom had a huge shower. The highlight…relaxing on the balcony watching the spectacular sunset.

The weird power/light system! My husband wanted to go to bed while I was still reading in the living area, but the bedroom lights couldn’t be isolated. Parking- $30 is a bit rich so far from the city, but with no parking anywhere nearby, I guess it’s a smart business plan.

I stay in many Quest apartments and they always are of a good standard. They are clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Beds are always very comfortable and I will continue to stay in Quest apartments. I am a member of Quest but it was cheaper for me to book on Booking.com as I'm a Genius classification.

There was a lot of rain one day/night and the window in the bedroom leaked and they offered me a different room of a lesser value and position. The microwave oven needed replacing. A little more TLC needed.

Big room, good kitchen, modern in general.

Nothing, if I can suggest something I’d say dumbbells in the gym, a vendor machine with coffee/drinks/snacks, specially on weekends or very early in the morning it might not be available nearby. One of the days my room wasn’t cleaned, I have no idea why.

The person on reception was only to happy to help..

I’d booked accessible car parking only to find that they had already allocated the car park. This was frustrating as I’d booked over a month in advance requesting this particular park. I’d confirmed this several times and received a confirmation email. We were still able to use the car park just not the accessible one and given the tight parking this was an extra challenge
