Very quiet location next to the Mornington airport - never heard a plane while we were there. 10kms to Mornington thru farmland till u get to the racecourse and the throb of a popular seaside town. A lot closer to Hastings which was interesting to explore before heading down to Pt Leo and Flinders past wineries some other little tourist gems. Rooms are basic but clean and cheaper than wots around - I’d stay again.

Very good for what I needed. I went for a wedding and this was near to the reception. I knew I wouldn't be in motel very long, so this was fantastic for what I needed.

I didn't like anything. It is great value for money. Yes, it is getting a bit dated, but there's nothing wrong with that.

We were very happy. I could not walk up stairs so receptionist immediately changed our room to downstairs. Easy access. Comfortable. Inclusions like cutlery, plates, tea towel were excellent. We recently stayed at high end hotels and they no longer supply these things. So well done.

Dated needed a little face lift

The Property was very clean, staff were friendly and even though it was fully booked out, we were not disturbed with any noise. Yes there is an airfield at the back but when in the room, we could not hear a thing. The Property is dated and looks better in person than the photos online.

Room was a little dated but it was clean, had a great shower and the bed was comfortable. Can't expect much more than that based on what I paid.

I couldn't really rate staff because I checked in late and never saw an employee in the 2 days I was there. Not even when I went to check out🤷🏼‍♀️ Noise was bad because whoever was in the room above me did not turn the TV off once while I was there, it ran loudly all day and night long! That it wasn't very inviting... buildings were set far back from the road and look like a 70s movie, driveway in was long and gravel and full of potholes so you had to dodge them all the way down.

It was a peaceful area and I had everything I required for a relaxing stay.

The indoor pool wasn't heated. I was intending to do some exercise in the pool, but not in a cold water indoor pool.

Spacious room, quiet, lovely staff, very good facilities. Interesting semi rural setting adjacent to small airport with useful shops nearby.

We enjoyed/used these additional facilities: spa, swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, laundry. The room was clean. Heating in the room was very effective.

The double bed was comfortable but the single beds used by our children were less comfortable. The parking spot in front of our room was used by someone else, which was inconvenient when moving luggage and affected our privacy. Wifi did not work with the password provided (we tried on four devices). We were unaware that the motel was adjacent to the Tyabb Airport, which was rather loud early in the morning. The website/social media need updating as we were expecting to have breakfast at the motel.

Everything about the motel was a great place for our family the price was also fantastic can't wait to go back again

Really comfortable and relaxing we also caught up with friends and family we haven't seen for years who visited us at motel

Scott was very helpful, the accomadation swap was very beneficial. He was very friendly and helpful along the way. We were very happy with the accomadation.
