Clean, great facilities and very comfortable big bed. Would stay again but would pay with cash to avoid surcharge issues again cash.

Kept sending a digital check in link so I checked in and it had an option for parking - paid for parking but didn’t need to (unless you want locked gate parking) as loads of free parking available. Surcharges are ridiculous! I was charged a separate surcharge and no matter how I explained it they just kept saying it was a normal surcharge and not charged separate - it was as it showed as a different transaction on my card, and was a different amount to what they had on record. Also have to pay a $203 deposit (they tell you $200 but charge $203) when we arrived that we didn’t know about.

Friendly quiet clean and ready to accommodate. The hotel water was the best I've used to date. Added bonus

Rooms need mugs as the cups are way to small therefore making it hard for coffee to dissolve. Reception gave me mugs when I asked so that was wonderful. Maybe a microwave & cutlery in the room so you can heat up food. Hand towel needed for the bathroom for the sink. Maybe an extra foot towel for the shower because there's no glass door the floor floods with water so by the time the next person uses it, you're Standing on a soaked floor mat.

Convenient location for work. Facilities had everything you needed so you don’t need to go anywhere - however there are shops across the road, only a short walk. Breakfast was good, I suggest getting this included - only down side is they don’t have decaf so you need to pay additional at the barista, this I didn’t mind because she does a great job! Staff were friendly and welcoming - they were all really lovely and happy to have a chat rather than feeling like a number in their day. Room was clean, comfortable and well presented. I would absolutely stay again.

My only negative (and it’s not that bad), I stayed on the first floor and you can hear faintly the music from downstairs - it was a little annoying while trying to sleep.

Property was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful Good breakfast selection if you choose it. Also has a restaurant on premises or room service if required. Across the road is a woolworths, pizza and Thai place if so desired. Great place to stay only 45 -1 hour from Melbourne airport, with parking on site either paid or un paid. Will definitely stay here again.

Need to keep shower door closed in case steam sets off alarms. Could not have a full bath due to over flow point.

Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The rooms were well kept, clean & tidy, with a bar fridge, snack bowl & tea/coffee available. Beds were super comfortable & room decor was modern, yet simple. Appealing to the eye. Secure paid parking at the back of the hotel if required. The breakfast buffet was a lovely spread of cereals, fruit & meat/non-meat dishes to cater for all. The 11am checkout is a big win!

I didnt like that I had to pay extra for secure parking.

Good location. Secure rear carpark for race car on trailer. Great breakfast included.

Poor customer service when checking in. Under staffed at a crucial time of the day. Only one person doing everything and more focused on bar duties than checking customers into the hotel. Last time we stayed there a year ago, there was no problem checking in with one person dedicated solely to reception.

Plenty of room. King bed was comfortable. Room was dark. Plenty of pressure in the shower..

Didn't have a hand towel. A few long black hairs on the wall /floor in the bathroom ( definitely not mine, I'm a red head) . A mouldy wet spot on the ceiling in the main room. Checking in took a while ( checked in online, then had to check in again at reception 🤔🤷‍♀️) and same with checking out..

I really enjoyed the foyer and bar space as well as outdoor seating. A great place to unwind after a day's work and travel. Breakfast was good with lots of variety of tasty and healthy options. Watching the traffic was actually a relaxing way to start the day. The specialty beers were a treat.

The dinners were somewhat underwhelming for the price. When mentioned that my steak was overcooked, they did offer to replace it. Food was not horrible, just not value for the price. Consider the volume of music at breakfast. On my last morning, it was turned up too loud and staff didn't seem to notice how it cleared the room as no-one could talk or think over it.. was that the intention?

I like that they open 24hrs 7 days a week and the facilities are so nice and cozy. I like the ping pong and the pool table. Everything was good to me and i loved the free breakfast included in our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful people. That was my 2nd time there and all the staff were so friendly and nice to us. I would go back again and again.

I liked everything about the property. Thank you.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it. The staff were very accommodating and helped right away with a roll-out bed for my son when we requested it. The table tennis table and foozeball table were a real hit with our 7 year old. The facilities were great and we enjoyed our stay. Best value for money with the breakfast included and the beds were comfy.

Everything was pretty great, the only thing I can probably fault was just that the shower head was a little low and you had to duck under it to get your hair wet. Otherwise the pressure and everything else about it was great.
