Location to not only the beach but to all things on the peninsula. Kitchen was best stock (we were into our 4th accomodation over 3 weeks) with cooking gear. Choice of microwave, gas cooktop and electric oven. All good solid appliances and in excellent condition. Had ceiling fan plus reverse cycle air conditioning. Full size fridge. Doug & Denise were friendly and full of helpful tips. Even the parking space were large enough to accommodate any 4wd without threatening to hit another car's door.

Well maintained and very clean. 2 parking spaces which was awesome. A proper kitchen to be able to cook in. Well vented. Straight across the road from the beach. A short walk to the shops. It was lovely and quiet until we had neighbours they were noisy when they came back and their TV was up loud. Denise and Doug are lovely and accomodating.

What a lovely place! Very cozy and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay, even an outside sofa. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Just across the road from a beautiful beach. Great location, close to the hot springs, to shops and restaurants. And the most helpful owners. They did their utmost best to make our stay as good as possible, including climbing on the roof to cover the skylight in our room to increase our sleep quality.

The accommodation was impeccably clean, and Denise and Doug were extremely friendly. Our family truly appreciated their warm hospitality. The location is perfect, just a 1-minute walk to Safety Beach, with all the shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this accommodation. We will certainly be using it again when we visit Dromana.

There are no downsides to this accommodation.

Excellent location just across the road from the beach. Lovely room with a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the barbecue and were provided with all the necessary equipment. Doug and Denise were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our 3 nights exploring the Mornington Peninsula.

Second stay here. Great place to stay for anyone. We had a little baby and it suited perfect so we can cross the road to the beach easily in-between naps. Good little kitchenette with everything you need. Just dont forget the coffee machine. But if you do there is lots of coffee shops just 5 mins away. You could even walk.

A little light for just the kitchen when you are watching tv woukd be good so you don't have the big lights on at night. Also a pair of tongues would come in handy

Everything was perfect, super comfy bed, great pillows, extra pillows, fan and air conditioner, the list goes on. Opposite the beach, close walking distance to a range of restaurants, on a main road, but traffic noise was not an issue.

A lovely quiet location opposite the beach and a short walk to restaurants & supermarket. The apartment was spotlessy clean and had a fully equipped kitchen with BBQ facilities. Only 4 units which makes for an intimate stay. Lovely hosts to top off a lovely weekend. A must stay location. We will be back.

Clean, bright, nice and spacious room. Very supportive and nice hosts. Easy parking. Well equipped, with kitchen and even dishwasher. Close to the beach and short walking distance to supermarket (well stocked) and restaurants.

As I have said above the situation was ideal for what we wanted , very clean . only 4 rooms so not busy , no road noise .The hosts were very friendly and helpful

The only thing I can think of was perhaps not enough storage for clothes but luckily there was room to keep our bags under the bed
