Though the property was fairly basic, the owners had gone to a lot of trouble to make sure all our possible needs were met. The room was well appointed. Pillows were firm, as preferred and there were plenty available. We were able to park right outside our room, which made for ease of unpacking and packing the car. The manager was friendly and offered any help if we needed anything extra.

There were some people who continued to talk outside, although to be fair, when I looked through the curtains, they did take the hint and move along. The toilet didn’t flush efficiently.

The lady running the motel had contacted me prior to my booking asking if I'd like an earlier check in. I took her up on her offer, told her that I was going away for some solo recluse (respite from kids) time. She popped me into a secluded room, so cosy and absolutely perfect for my needs (had heater on before I arrived so it was warm for me). Left me alone but feeling totally secure. I knew I could ask for anything I needed but I didn't need anything. Room was so clean, shower was great, even a separate toilet. Plenty of crockery and towels. I would like to go back right now!!

We were met by friendly staff at reception and our room was spacious and comfortable. Crockery, cutlery, rea/ coffee making facilities and microwave and TV provided. Comfortable beds and kitchen setting. Great outdoor covered BBQ facility with table and chairs and all bbq utensils and wash up facility provided. The Kitchen Resaurant /Cafe just a few doors away and lovely beach just across the road. Great location and shopping village just over 1km down the road.

The location was very nice. Close to the beach and other amenities were a bit of a walk but still walkable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything we needed. There was BBQ and shared kitchen facilities outside and private parking. Staff gave us great recommendations for activities and food in the area.

You may need to ask for more toilet paper, soap etc. But the staff are very friendly and more than willing to help out when needed.

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. The location is across the road from the beach, though you can't see the beach unfortunately. I was warmly welcomed by the owner. The room was brightly appointed with a fitting aesthetic. Attractions are a reasonable distance away, though unfortunately i didn't have enough time to delve into the area properly. There is a drive in cinema with an impressively decked out 50s diner (Dromana 3 Drive In) which i'd highly recommend for a novelty experience. A nice place to consider for a stay in this area.

- Good location across the road from the beach with awesome sunset view. - Short drive of between 5mins to 20mins to all the main attractions and good eating/drinking options within the Peninsula

- Minor thing but for a good value room that sleeps 3 and for 2 nights stay, may need to be more generous on the body wash quantity than just one bottle. - Door separating the toilet and shower would be a good idea for shared use privacy

Comfortable room with dishes and utensils and a small refrigerator and microwave. There is a large shared clothesline for drying bathing suits and towels.

There is no easy way to wash plates in the small bathroom sink. There is a shared outdoor cooking area with a sink and dishwashing liquid, but a small dish tub in the room would have been much appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy and the owners were friendly (Jasmine) and made it easy for us to get our key. TV was great, as was the fan and the very old, but working aircon.

Price, for a tiny room with no breakfast. Actually it would have been nice to have 4 slices of bread and some butter and vegemite/jam available for the cost. There could have also been more milk and coffee.

Lovely motel with generous outdoor space, well sized rooms, good blackout blinds, friendly staff and great location. Quiet street but easily accessible by car. Bathrooms are on the slightly smaller side but not an issue at all. Heater was provided and most welcome. Inevitable slamming of screen doors from everyone else but not an issue at all. Great choice for a trip to the Peninsula!

The staff were very friendly and made sure that we had what we needed, or if we didnt they got it straight away.

I would have liked to have breakfast there. I believe it has been an option in the past (by the breakfast door that leads into the room), but for reasons it isn't an option now. Would have made it more relaxing so I didn't have to drive into town to get it.
