The motel hosts couldn't do enough for us. They were polite, friendly & extremely accomodating. The room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the balcony view was amazing even on a grey, windy day.

The lights in the room were all in working order but in winter in Melbourne the lighting in the main room was not bright enough but I believe that is such a preference thing & is also nit picking.

The location is good close to the beach.

The price was $188 per night and payment was made almost immediately. The terms of cancellation is very hard. It would reasonable if it was peak holiday period. You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. If you cancel in the 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

Booked a room at very last minute on the Friday of the Easter weekend. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and check in was easy. The room was huge and very comfortable, with a nice view of the bay. Check out in the morning was equally straight forward. A very comfortable stay.

The room had a small kitchenette but no dinner plates or cutlery, which would have been helpful. No big deal and we managed but it just would have helped.

Proximity to funeral&wake. Close to the water.. as in just over the road! Very nice & cheery to deal with.. (WE GOT LOST!! in the roadworks(on the back roads cutting across to Rosebud from Tooradin) was after dark & torrential rain & wind! Recieved a check in mobile call from-nice young desk guy👵🏻(😹)who rang to make sure we were on our way as office was closing soon.. Much better than arriving to a closed office!! thanks again..

Good value for money. Extremely close to the bay.

I couldn’t sit out in courtyard. The hedge blocks view of water. Understandably it blocking cars (lights) however could be a bit shorter.

Separate bedrooms in cottage with big bathroom in between. Large lounge / kitchen with cooking facilities and full size fridge/freezer.

Tiled floor in lounge. Would have been nice to have a rug on the floor to sit on. But that's a minor point. Obviously the tiles are good in summer.

Unable to plug my phone charger in at wall plug beside the bed in either of the rooms we stayed in due to the size of the furniture and lamps as I have a size plug connector. Towels could do with being updated as are a bit frayed.

Large clean carpeted room. Full glass wall with partial view of the water. Friendly staff. Good bathroom with walk in shower. Good bed and linen. Quiet location.

A drive is needed to reach cafes and restaurants. Unable to open a window for fresh air at night. TV only standard def, so all HD Channels not accessible.

Good location to beach, pool and service station across the road for snacks. Clean room, updated bathroom, air con worked well, balcony views although on traffic light corner so didn’t sit outside during stay. Check in was easy, staff lovely and polite.

Nothing. It was good value for money for a quick couple of days on the peninsula. Close to Sorrento and Portsea.

Convenient and easy to find.

The charge of $22 to do a single load of laundry is extortion. We stayed in other motels on our trip, some laundries were free and others just a gold coin. It may need double glazing as the traffic started very early at about 5.30am.
