Hello. We loved the stay. Clenliness inside and out was 10 out of 10. Staff were 10 out of 10. The bed was 10 out of 10, and the location was 10 out of 10. Heating was 10 out of 10. These are some of my personal improvements. Thank you. I love watching TV. I found the streaming selection below average. I drink. Could you consider a wine fridge? And, there are no food options. Again, as I drink I would like in-room dining. If this cannot be achieved, I would love one or two menus in my room from local providers who would be willing to deliver. Thank you. Great location with beautiful views of port Phillip bay,..which is an idyllic ten steps away. Grab a bubbleo bill ice-cream then take the kiddies across the street to have fun at the new play park by the bay whilst mum n dad take in the serenity. The on-site pool is also great for leisurely dip to relax or to strategically exert the kiddies arvo energy. Stayed here many times being a budget friendly accommodation. An enjoyable escape from the day to day grind for a bit of r&r. Cleaners go above and beyond with great quality standards. (Complimentary cookies are a bonus with your coffee) Great shower pressure always hot. Credit to Eddie and Marissa. Such friendly approachable people that have always had a warm hearted welcome. Always making the stay a real comfortable pleasure beyond the price tag. Thanks heaps. 👌☺️👍

The motel hosts couldn't do enough for us. They were polite, friendly & extremely accomodating. The room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the balcony view was amazing even on a grey, windy day.

The lights in the room were all in working order but in winter in Melbourne the lighting in the main room was not bright enough but I believe that is such a preference thing & is also nit picking.

The location is good close to the beach.

The price was $188 per night and payment was made almost immediately. The terms of cancellation is very hard. It would reasonable if it was peak holiday period. You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. If you cancel in the 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

I really like it very good view and park a cross the road the and servo on corner best place we have stayed in a long time value for money here i think im going back to stay next time with our kids

Booked a room at very last minute on the Friday of the Easter weekend. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and check in was easy. The room was huge and very comfortable, with a nice view of the bay. Check out in the morning was equally straight forward. A very comfortable stay.

The room had a small kitchenette but no dinner plates or cutlery, which would have been helpful. No big deal and we managed but it just would have helped.

Proximity to funeral&wake. Close to the water.. as in just over the road! Very nice & cheery to deal with.. (WE GOT LOST!! in the roadworks(on the back roads cutting across to Rosebud from Tooradin) was after dark & torrential rain & wind! Recieved a check in mobile call from-nice young desk guy👵🏻(😹)who rang to make sure we were on our way as office was closing soon.. Much better than arriving to a closed office!! thanks again..

Good value for money. Extremely close to the bay.

I couldn’t sit out in courtyard. The hedge blocks view of water. Understandably it blocking cars (lights) however could be a bit shorter.

Separate bedrooms in cottage with big bathroom in between. Large lounge / kitchen with cooking facilities and full size fridge/freezer.

Tiled floor in lounge. Would have been nice to have a rug on the floor to sit on. But that's a minor point. Obviously the tiles are good in summer.

Convenient location for our needs, staff were lovely, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were a good size and really clean

Unable to plug my phone charger in at wall plug beside the bed in either of the rooms we stayed in due to the size of the furniture and lamps as I have a size plug connector. Towels could do with being updated as are a bit frayed.
