The location of the motel is super convenient — there’s a bus stop right at the front door, and the beach is just across the road. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find restaurants, and there’s free parking available in the yard. Whether you’re travelling by public transport or driving, it’s a great choice. The room was very comfortable and clean. For such a low price, I was truly impressed by the great value for money. The owner is a lovely Italian man, and his wife is Chinese. When he found out we were Chinese and might not understand everything, he kindly called his wife to help recommend nearby attractions. He even marked everything clearly on the map for us. It was a very satisfying stay — we’ll definitely come back next time!

The owner of the motel was very friendly and so accommodating. He ensured our stay was covered extremely well. Long mirrors to view your outfit before heading out to a function. He advised of the car ferry to travel to Geelong instead of taking a 2 hour car road journey (next time). Shared his insights into finding the best location for that ultimate sunset view (totally agreed after the cable car journey). He went the extra mile to ensure our stay was secure and relaxed. We will definitely stay again on our next journey. Thanks.

Clean room, been refurbished. We stayed 3 nights. We were able to catch up on washing which was very helpful. Brett on Reception was very welcoming and helpful with information on the area. Courtesy bus from Rosebud RSL picked us up each night for dinner which was great. Within easy drive to Sirrento and Fort Nepean shuttle bus.

Motel only has one restaurant within a reasonable walking distance. Room on the small side for "Deluxe" description.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, very effective heating, convenient location for visiting the nearby hot springs, friendly staff.

While there was a kettle, microwave and toaster in the room, the only cutlery/crockery provided was 3 coffee mugs, one spoon and a chopping board. Granted, the listing doesn't say that the kitchenette includes plates or cutlery (or mugs), but it seemed a little strange to not include a plate or butter knife to complement the toaster. We were there for just one night and didn't have the opportunity to ask staff if they had these items available on request.

Property was clean, comfortable and very accommodating for a short stay. Was in great location to access beach, restaurants and nearby shops. Manager was excellent and accommodated to everything we needed four short stay

The internet /Wifi kept dropping out and TV channels weren’t connecting. Manager - was very accommodating - connecting our WiFi every evening and was actively trying to rectify this problem with the internet provider.

Great room - hugely comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels. The bathroom was really nice, and the shower pressure was lovely after a long day. We didn't use the facilities (games room, pool) but they looked like lovely spaces that we just didn't have time for. Alberto was a great host, and the location was very convenient too.

Was just a tad difficult driving in/out of the place as Pt Napean road is quite busy. Otherwise, everything went smoothly for us.

Perhaps you could add a sink to the kitchenette area. I prefer not to wash up dishes and fill the kettle in the bathroom. There is a communal kitchen we could have used though. Other guest were smoking and coughing outside their room next to us which was a bit unpleasant. Maybe suggest no smoking on the premises.

The hotel is very recently renovated and the beds and fitout is as good and modern as any chain hotel, with the benefit of a very friendly and gracious host, who is intent on making sure you have a great stay. We checked in late which was nice and easy through remote check-in, and were very well looked after. It was too cold for the pool, but that too looked updated and beautifully maintained.

It's slightly removed from Rosebud proper, but ultimately within 5 minutes drive of everything, and in a nice quiet spot.

Very friendly, helpful staff with a lovely greeting and helped with remote check in. The room and bathroom is very modern and clean. The common room was great for dinners and utensils if you are wanting to save on eating out all the time, it also had a pool table which was lots of fun. It was a bit cold for swimming but the property also had a pool.

Not a dislike but just the signal for internet and wifi was very weak couldn’t read basic emails.

The property is off the main road, but easy to spot because of the sign on the road. Conveniently located, in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes from Mornington Peninsula hot springs. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and take great care in maintaining the property. Would highly recommend this place for a short stay.
