Staff: Every staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Neal, he gives us an excellence reception. Facility: Beds are very comfortable. The room is tidy and clean. The red-brick wall reminds me of my grandmother's house. It makes me feel like home. Everything is well-equipped, including a cute microwave, a television and a DVD player! You can borrow some DVD from the reception to play music and movies on the TV, which is a good relaxing way to sweep out the tiredness after a whole day travelling. The refrigerator has some glasses, suitable for a drink. View: Through the window you can see the twilight and the hills far away. Location: Near to the Rosebud beach. Just go across a road and you can enjoy the beach and beautiful sunset view. Near to the bus stop, a gas station and a BWS. There are several restaurants around the Inn, with a 10-min walk. 20-min walk to the WWS supermarket and McDonald's. Information: There are some magazines, maps and menus from the nearby restaurants on the table, give us a comprehensive guide about Mornington.

Upon entering our 2 bedroom unit, a lovely fresh, clean fragrance greeted us. It was beautiful and stayed the entire weekend. Spa bath and bath bomb were well received and used for relaxing after an exhausting day of touring. Staff extremely friendly and helpful with the detailed guide of facilities. Ours was a very comfortable, spacious unit with kitchen. Perfect for beach access and walking distance to excellent choice of a variety of eateries. Need another holiday here :)

Sloping shower floor could be difficult for some but was pointed out in advance and didn't cause us any issues.

First of all, the property manager, Mr. Neal is a very very nice, welcoming and caring gentleman who has a GREAT sense of humour which we all loved! He runs a fantastic accommodation in Rosebud, Admiral Motor Inn. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable! The staff we met there are very kind and helpful! ❤️

Most welcoming. Because we mentioned that we were well into our 80s, we were given a room with easy access to our carpark lot. More than that our room was extremely well appointed with safety features for the bathroom, including bath seat. That was so thoughtful. The room was also specially designed for use by guests on wheelchair.

Only one sink in room to serve both toilet & pantry. Got congested as the room was for use by 3 persons.

Neil was so helpful, and he even showed us the room where we stayed and gave us enough info about the local establishments and restaurants, which one is the best and good value for money 💰.. thank you, Neil..... I can recommend this motel clean, big rooms, and of course fully renovated all around.... certainly we'll come back again...

Location - The Admiral Motor Inn is close to the shops and across the road from the beach. Despite being located on the main road, the room was quiet. The room - The room was spotless, the decor was modern, and the bed was comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay. The management/staff - From check-in until check-out, everyone that I spoke to was friendly and helpful. You can tell that the owners really care about the guests comfort. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

Neal, who greeted us, was very friendly and helpful, he made us feel very welcome, showed us to our rooms and explained where things were in our room, such as the fridge etc. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, we'll be back there next time we are in Rosebud.

My only gripe is that the shower was a little on the small side. Otherwise everything else was great.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable with electric blankets available. Basic amenities provided. Very close to the beach and pier. Close to good food options within walking distance.

Sloped bathroom floor - probably not ideal for elderly or disabled people. However there were bath mats to prevent slippage and the manager Neal has informed us of this beforehand.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. Very close to cafes and restaurants. Hotel manager Neale was very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable of the area...making lots of suggestions of things to do and see. We would definitely come back to stay here again for sure.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom and simple kitchen set up. Really good airconditioning in the room. Great location, 10 min walk to Rosebud pier and nearby restaurants. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again!
