The whole experience was really good. The accommodation (Egyptian suite) was spotlessly clean. Gas log fire had been put on prior to our arrival Well equipped, private, quiet. Bed was lovely quality, floaty comfortable, white linen sheets and plenty of blankets. Breakfast was the best and an unexpected beautifully presented fruit plate to start while main order was being cooked is an example of what sets this place apart. The hosts have it nailed, great teamwork and very obviously they love what they do and are very good at it. We have always gone to hotels and when we searched for bookings this place came up. Its a BnB so i initially thought no, but it has great reviews so why not give it a go. Very glad we made the choice, same price as a decent hotel room, larger than a decent hotel suite, more private than a hotel, and breakfast was very pleasant bonus.

We paid standard rates through booking.com and there was nothing we didn't like. If I had to be really picky, decor is 2000's, not 2020's, but balance that its the all round package and it's still am awesome place to stay.

The villas are generous in size, comprising a separate living area, bedroom and bathroom. They are set in a landscaped garden and are nicely decorated. Some offer more privacy than others, e.g. the egyptian cottage is set at the back of the property and faces the garden, whereas the african and tuscan lodges face the driveway. The breakfast facilities are great and the food delicious. The pool area is great for relaxing. The hosts are there if you need them and lovely to chat at breakfast, but otherwise leave guests in peace.

Some of the additional facilities, like the games room, look like they have not been used in a long time and have not been maintained. The toiletries lack the modern approach of waste minimisation and are still provided in small, single-use packs; I would prefer to see refillable containers.

Mum and I chose to stay in the Tuscan Villa at Weeroona Bed & Breakfast over New Year's. Although we ran into a slight hiccup with the hot water system, I promptly let the host know about the issue and we were quite impressed with the timely manner in which this was resolved. We stayed here just for three nights and overall we had a positive experience. We enjoyed the complimentary daily breakfast which was cooked beautifully. Part of our stay we attended pre-planned activities with others travelling from Melbourne to Rye over the New Year's. During some of my downtime, I enjoyed using the swimming pool on a number of occasions as the weather was perfect for a swim. The vibe of the Tuscan Villa was perfect and I would return again if I'm looking for somewhere quiet to stay in Rye. Margaret is a wonderful human being. Thank you for everything you have done to make our stay enjoyable!

The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. It is very well located with a short drive to various locations we wanted. The couple were very warm and friendly with good local knowledge to direct us to various places we inquired about. Breakfast the next morning was also ample and extremely delicious. The bed was comfortable providing a very relaxing sleep.

The only complaint I could find was l am not a big fan of plunger coffee.

This is one of the best properties I have had the pleasure to stay in. We booked the Grange Jacuzzi Suite and WOW. So much room - so much luxury and the outdoor spa underneath the sail was uniquely amazing. No details in the presentation and thoughtfulness went unnoticed. This is much more than your average B&B. Exceptional hosts provided the most amazing country breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool. Margaret is the perfect host. She even called me the night before to make sure I had everything I needed on arrival. Simply you won't find better accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula. We will absolutely be returning guests!

Margaret was a great host. Great communication leading up to our stay, and very pleasant to speak with durig breakfast. The accommodation was very comfortable. Usually I hate baths - they're never big enough, however the spa bath was more than large enough for the two of us. Location was perfect; 5min from the hot springs and min from the beach and restaurants. Very affordable. Well worth the stay!

Absolutely everything. 👍🏼 Quite location, set amongst beautiful tranquil garden, gorgeous and very comfortable room with a view of the pond and water feature. Hosts were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious.

Hosts were amazing! From the moment we booked up until the day we checked out. We will definitely be coming back. Phuket lodge was perfect. Bed was comfortable and it felt like home away from home. The breakfast there beats any buffet breakfast and the hosts were just lovely!

Breakfast and facilities were outstanding. Hosts were highly attentive which made us both feel very welcome! Garden area was very serene and clean. Room/cottage (African cottage) was definitely very romantic and cosy. Spa was lovely. Will stay again if coming through the area and would recommend the same place to others.

Very few things to dislike, though I will say the room got slightly cold and we needed to open the door and run the heater to keep temps bearable in the cottage throughout the night. Electric blankets would definitely benefit and complete the experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Weeroona very much. Large, pleasant, landscaped property. The units are nicely furnished with all necessary facilites to make our stay comfortable. Hosts are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast included is outstanding. Beautifully cooked and presented, it would rival any top restaurant. As the weather was good we sat on the deck overlooking their lovely pool and garden. It was so tranquil and delightful, a beautiful start to the day.

Wifi in our unit was not available, had to go near to reception to access it. Not able to stream any programs as wifi not available and no smart tv. There was a large picture window on one wall near the ceiling. Whilst it looked lovely during the day with the sun shining and tree branches overhanging, at night there was no cover so the light came in early in the mornings.
