Quite good. The one-bed apartment is a good size, plenty of room, quite well laid out, air con for summer and winter. Comfortable bed with electric blanket, good beside lighting with bedside USB charge point - very handy. Large bathroom, good shower. Kitchen adequately stocked. Plenty of eateries nearby, with the local RSL a short walk, and a good cafe also close for breakfast. Good car parking. So all in all, a good place to stay when visiting the region.

Replace the large metal container with a small coffee table, and the addition of a small dining table and two chair would be nice.

Our 3 night stay at Moonlight Bay was perfect. The room provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay from kitchen utensils to toiletries. The room was spacious and comfortable perfect for us as a couple. The pool was an added bonus, it was clean and heated perfectly (it was cold outside and we could still enjoy the pool and spa!!) The location of Moonlight Bay was perfect. The Shops, restaurants and beach were all located within a short walking distance. The staff were really nice and prompt calling and sending us updates on the availability of our room; we were fortunate to get a early check in

Very quiet, central location, clean enough , good showers, great wifi, great laundry facilities, aircon worked well. Great fridge freezer. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. They don’t come into your room unless you put out a notice to ask them to make up the room. There is an allocated parking space.

The cooking facilities are basic - I used the nonstick pan which wasn’t nonstick, no salad bowl or any bowl ( we served our salad from a saucepan and that’s fine….) Not that we wanted to cook much but it might be an issue for those with young children. Don’t expect reception to be manned all the time- this is a smallish family orientated and run place.

The location is perfect. Once you arrive, you really don't need your car if you're just staying in the area as everything is at your doorstep - restaurants, bakery, ice-cream and retail shops, Rye Hotel (pub), Rye RSL are a 2min walk. Importantly the main beach and park BBQ areas are right across the road. Super friendly and personable check-in to our apartment. We hired a 1 bedroom apartment (top level) and it looked as though it had been renovated. Fresh carpets, paint work, oven/kitchen and bathroom were a good size and very clean, heating/air-con and the couch and beds were really comfortable (even the pillows). All apartments overlook the pool/spa. Our apartment also had street view of Rye Piazza, and the car park is just a the bottom of the stairs. Sorrento, Blairgowrie 15mins drive. Dromana and Mornington 15-25min drive. It's really easy to get to places by car. Great local farmers nearby and we brought some great (fresh) produce on our trip.

Nothing we really didn't like. It's an older property (very well maintained) so there's no lift. If you're on the top floor you just need to walk up steps which was a little trick when carrying luggage or food shopping. Can be a little trick for elderly guests to walk up/down stairs so suggest booking a ground floor apartment if you're elderly. Otherwise, nothing really, it was all excellent.

Excellent location, close to the beach, a great playground, and eating places (recomend picking up a coffee and croissants at The Bakehouse cafe). The apartment was clean and comfortable - and had a well-functioning kitchen. We forgot something and the staff were very helpful in getting that posted to us.

Not much - however, the apartments are all upstairs (second floor), meaning that if you cannot navigate states the place may not be suitable for you.

The facility is remarkably well maintained considering its age. The staff were lovely, and the rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, offering most of the essentials for a short stay. The location is outstanding and you don't even need a vehicle to get around, as everything is conveniently at your doorstep.

The beds were firm, and the couches were small, making it hard to cuddle up and relax.

The stairs are very steep. Only drawback.

The room was very clean and tidy. We loved that the tv had access to Netflix and the wifi was good quality. The location was great, just a short walk across the road to the beach and lots of shops and cafes near by. Good basic kitchen facilities in the room making it easy to make our own breakfast in the room.

There was a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. It was worse just after the shower had been used.

The location is great! Walking distance to the beach and shops and right opposite the carnival. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is a nice pool right outside the rooms, but it was too cold to swim when we were there.

We had to walk up a steep flight of stairs with heavy luggage to get to the room. The staff were not very friendly.

Fantastic location right by the ocean. The apartment was spacious and clean. Loved the convenience of the full kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the spa bath. Super friendly staff. We lucked out getting a parallel parking spot

The king bed was very firm. We would have felt more secure in the room with an additional lock, door latch or chain.
