My Dad & I had our own rooms & stayed for 3 nights in the winter. Comfortable bed, great TV and heating in the room. It was well equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery.....although perhaps a steak knife or 2 for slicing fruit etc. complimentary tea & coffee with a pack of biscuits and a couple of chocolates, always a winner. The staff & management were hardworking and very polite, they tried to ensure our stay was pleasant.

The hot water system definitely needs an upgrade. The water temperature ranged from lukewarm to barely hot, never had to mix in cold water. The one time it felt hot when getting under the water it rapidly declined in temperature. Management explained it could be too many guests showering at once but I feel in a motel environment hot water should always be available. I would of rated my stay much higher if the water was hot.

Everything internally, it was exceptionally clean, larger floor space than most other motels for the same style room, it was warm, large TV that worked!. The two most important items for me in any room are the shower and the bed, both were great. They also provided dishwashing liquid, chux and tea towel for those who take their own breakfast and other food. The bathroom was large, the shower had great pressure and easy to use and did not splash over the floor and the room had great ventilation meaning it did not mist up. The staff were friendly, road was quieter at night.

Nothing, i am fussy but even i would have to strain my brain to find something wrong.

It was clean, shower was lovely. Staff friendly. Upgraded from 2 singles to king size bed at no extra cost after booking.com didn't even ask them my request for an electric blanket. Good facilities.

Towels weren't replaced, only given 1 for 2nd day. I think room was set up for 1 person, as we got it last minute. I was too tired to ask so my fault. Little uht milk capsules - pet peeve, hate them - enough for 2 small cups of coffee. Not replaced 2nd day but I had bought fresh. No hot choc. Booking.com said my request for an elec blanket was arranged at no extra cost - the motel had not even been asked and did not have any to supply anyone! So maybe Booking.com should check with the motel before sending me an email saying my request had been arranged!

I only used the room to get ready for a wedding in the area. I am a florist did all the flowers for the wedding but as I am a friend of the bride was also an invited guest. I was allowed to arrive earlier than the 2 pm check in as I needed to leave by 3 pm to arrive on wedding on time. I returned keys when leaving then and didn't stay the night as only live an hour away so went home for the night.

The room and bed were spacious, with a very good-sized bath (we paid extra for a room with a bath - it was worth it!). The room was clean, the motel was easy to find and conveniently located. Relatively quiet, considering the proximity to the road.

There was no door between the bathroom and bedroom - there was only a shower curtain separating the bed from toilet. We could also hear the TV in our neighbours room - and I don't think they had it playing very loudly.

The staff were accommodating from the moment we booked which then lead to a 1.5 hour hold up getting through Melbourne. They helped us get settled find the best pizza place.

I couldn't fault it. My only catch was never being there before in the poor weather conditions I nearly missed the turn even with the signage and adequate lighting and signs

Cleanest motel bathroom I have ever seen. Staff were welcoming and it was obvious that they and their staff take pride in their work. This is an older motel which has been done up so there are a few signs of wear and tear. However the new bathrooms are marvellous and the water pressure is great too. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and pristine.

Mostly everything. Staff were very helpful and the room was very well equipped.

The weather was very cold and I struggled to get warm despite trying to warm the room up upon arrival. It would have been great to have the heater turned on prior to guest arrivals.

Room very clean and smelled very nice, cheery customer service, loved that there was a full packet of biscuits for tea/coffee and even a couple of chocolates. Convenient location on the edge of town.

Steep drive access to guest carpark, but this would not deter us from staying again.

Greeted by Laura...I loved the freebies...the chocolates, bottled water, pens, freshener...not to mention the cotton buds, nail file and makeup pad pack. What a wonderful & thoughtful gift.
