The overall cleanliness of the venue was exceptional nice and quiet and peaceful big spacious rooms lots of space to move around large shower nothing worse than being boxed in a motel shower U can't move but didn't have that problem at all with melaleuca lodge the staff were kind and friendly perfect for weekends away or just a over nite pit stop on your way thru from wherever you have traveled from on your way thru to south and east Gippsland a nice quiet cosy little getaway I'd recommend this venue to anyone it has my vote that's for sure

Maybe the leather couch that was in the room could have been a pull out sofa bed for kids or another traveler or couple to sleep in other than that there was nothing to fault about the venue clean and tidy quiet and cosy friendly staff perfect location tucked away off the main road with access to the township of Beaconsfield and all it has to offer definately has my vote 10/10

The room was enormous with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time away from home and location was super quick and easy to get everywhere you need to around that side of the city, plus has great restaurant at the motel ❣️

Although grand in size, rooms were very dated and signs of poor treatment, but that's on some guests not the owners or proprietors who were nice people and lovely to deal with. 😀

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and very convenient! Actually a great property for the price. My understanding is the property has just gotten new owners (who were amazing) so would stay here again. Would love to see updates on the property.

Room was very out dated could use a revamp. Family room didn’t fit the whole family (a 2nd bunk bed would be better).

I've come here regularly, it's a good place to stay especially with friends and there's a few things to do around it

If I'm honest, the place could have done with a proper clean and plumbing in the sink needed to be done. the carpets were a bit dirty and there was visible damage to the property

Simple, clean accommodation (for an overnight stay in between 2 days at Gumbaya World). Easy check/in checkout process. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Simple furnishings, but had all the basics. Very happy, would stay again.

Sadly the pool was out of action, however it would be beautiful if operational.

Staff on arrival very helpful

Facilities are very basic. Could do with an upgrade to power points for charging of devices as most power point weren't easily accessible. Was a close to main road and windows of room had a gap at top which only had mesh on them, so you could hear traffic going past more than usual.

It was great to have a working heater and an electric blanket because I feel the cold terribly. We asked for an accessible room and got one, althought there wasn't a shower seat. The manager brought a plastic chair which did the job. Thanks for that, it worked well.

The busy road close by with a lot of traffic noise overnight. No noise whatsoever from people either side of us, however.

Roomy and the spa was amazing in size for 2 people to relax. Has microwave and all things to make it comfortable. Highly recommend for families with young children carrying portable cots etc Rooms are like nearly 3 x size . Location is perfect to anything you need. Comfortable drive to the city and all local attractions.

Couldn't fault it honestly.

The people are lovely Feel welcomed and happy to help you out no matter what it is for They listen to you and try help when your in bad situation as in homelessness

Can’t on point anything Guess be nice if cook at least order brekky or have some cereal offered to people that stay

The location although near road works was really quiet. the spa and water pressure were really great. Nighttime was quiet too.

The place is run down needs new doors for the front door and bathroom, new curtains as well as a good paint job. Also the smoking bins out the front door needs to be moved, as all you could smell was cigarette smoke in your room. Smoke detectors need to be changed not held up with tape.
